技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种净水器滤芯，尤其是用于家庭水处理的滤芯。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们在饮用水方面也有了更高的要求，都希望在自己家里就有能直接饮用的纯净、新鲜的水。为满足公众的需求，各种样的净水器也随之相继问世。目前常见的净水器多采用数个单体滤芯串联来获得净化水。由于采用的是单体滤芯。所以各滤芯之间必须用管道和管件连接，这样的净水器，一是更换滤芯比较烦琐，需要专业人员上门服务，二是串接各滤芯的管道及接头增加，可能的渗漏点增多，存在漏水隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种家用净水器滤芯，采用单体多级设计，结构简单，更换操作方便，减少渗漏隐患。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种家用净水器滤芯，包括壳体1、进水口2、出水口3和滤网4，所述壳体1内设置有三级净水单元，各净水单元上部均设置有带螺纹和密封圈的导流连接件5，所述导流连接件5上形成有引流通道；
所述一级净水单元6和二级净水单元7中部均为中空结构，出水管11设置在所述中空结构内，所述出水管11与顶端所述出水口3相连；
所述一级净水单元6包括不锈钢网61和筒状滤材；
所述二级净水单元7为筒状滤材；
所述三级净水单元8为中空超滤膜。
所述筒状滤材为带有上下端盖的筒状聚丙烯超细纤维滤材、带有网罩的铜锌合金颗粒滤材或者带有上下端盖的筒状活性炭纤维滤材。
所述壳体1底部还设置有排水孔10。
所述滤网4为镀银不锈钢滤网。
所述三级净水单元8外部的壳体1为形成有多道布水槽的布水壳体101。
本实用新型采用单体多级设计，将多种滤材整合在同一个滤芯中并以螺纹上下连接，形成一个完整的整体，便于生产、运输、安装、使用。更换滤芯简单方便，任何人都可以操作。本实用新型省去了传统净水器滤芯间的连接管和接头，极大减少了漏水问题和遭受管道呼吸作用污染水质的可能，使整个净水器形成一个密闭净化系统，饮水安全更有保障。本实用新型另一个显著的优点是，三级连接依靠螺纹，每级的滤材都可以更改，可以按照水质变化进行多种滤材的组合，也即通过改变滤芯的组合方式应对特殊水质的变化，而无需更换整个净水器。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一种家用净水器滤芯，包括壳体1、进水口2、出水口3和滤网4，该滤网4为镀银不锈钢滤网，壳体1内设置有三级净水单元，各净水单元上部均设置有带螺纹和密封圈的导流连接件5，导流连接件5上形成有引流通道。导流连接件5用于连接各级净水单元并导流水。
一级净水单元6和二级净水单元7中部均为中空结构，出水管11设置在所述中空结构内，出水管11顶端与所述出水口3相连。壳体1底部还设置有用于反冲洗的排水孔10。
一级净水单元6包括不锈钢网61和筒状滤材。二级净水单元7为筒状滤材。上述的筒状滤材可以为带有上下端盖的筒状聚丙烯超细纤维滤材、带有网罩的铜锌合金颗粒滤材或者带有上下端盖的筒状活性炭纤维滤材。三级净水单元8为中空超滤膜。三级净水单元8外部的壳体1为形成有多道布水槽的布水壳体101。
本实用新型家用净水器滤芯工作时，自来水从进水口2接入，经过镀银不锈钢滤网4，去掉大颗粒杂质(例如自来水管中的铁锈等)，再通过导流连接件5的引流通道51流入一级净水单元，6依次通过不锈钢网61和筒状滤材，水得到初步处理；之后再经下一级的引流通道51进入二级净水单元，水得到进一步处理，再经第三级的引流通道51进入中空超滤膜，得到饮用纯净水。
本实用新型家用净水器可以对去除自来水中的大颗粒杂质、胶体、铁锈、余氯、重金属、污染有机物、细菌及微生物、以及其他有色有味的物质，确保饮用的水安全健康。
Claims (5)
1.一种家用净水器滤芯，包括壳体(1)、进水口(2)、出水口(3)和滤网(4)，其特征在于，所述壳体(1)内设置有三级净水单元，各净水单元上部均设置有带螺纹和密封圈的导流连接件(5)，所述导流连接件(5)上形成有引流通道；
所述一级净水单元(6)和二级净水单元(7)中部均为中空结构，出水管(11)设置在所述中空结构内，所述出水管(11)顶端与所述出水口(3)相连；
所述一级净水单元(6)包括不锈钢网(61)和筒状滤材；
所述二级净水单元(7)为筒状滤材；
所述三级净水单元(8)为中空超滤膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用净水器滤芯，其特征在于，所述筒状滤材为带有上下端盖的筒状聚丙烯超细纤维滤材、带有网罩的铜锌合金颗粒滤材或者带有上下端盖的筒状活性炭纤维滤材。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的家用净水器滤芯，其特征在于，所述壳体(1)底部还设置有排水孔(10)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的家用净水器滤芯，其特征在于，所述滤网(4)为镀银不锈钢滤网。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的家用净水器滤芯，其特征在于，所述三级净水单元(8)外部的壳体(1)为形成有多道布水槽的布水壳体(101)。
