Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种绞线机上盘吊具，其特征在于，整个吊具主要由两吊钩组成，两吊钩的中间位置通过螺栓连接，两吊钩的顶端各设有一固定孔，钢丝绳与两固定孔连接，两吊钩的底端各设有一向吊钩内部弯曲的挂钩。通过以上设置，本实用新型解决了很繁琐的线盘吊装工作的吊具问题，简单而实用。

本实用新型涉及一种绞线机上盘吊具。
背景技术
目前，差绞机采用的是单个的装盘方式，这种方式的优点是可以有效避免线盘上的剩丝，减少浪费，原有的吊具操作很笨重和繁琐，增加工人的劳动强度和劳动时间，需要操作人员把盛满线的盘子先用吊具扣住，然后再人工翻倒，最后用行车吊起来，装到设备上，原有的吊具光是自重就接近10公斤，工人翻倒时比较费力、费时。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种可降低工人劳动强度，提高工作效率的绞线机上盘吊具。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型主要由两吊钩组成，两吊钩的中间位置通过螺栓连接，两吊钩的顶端各设有一固定孔，钢丝绳与两固定孔连接，两吊钩的底端各设有一向吊钩内部弯曲的挂钩。
通过以上设置，本实用新型利用杠杆原理，用线盘的自重夹住线盘，具有线盘越重夹得越紧的特点，特别适合于起吊铜铝丝线盘。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型主要由两吊钩4和5组成，两吊钩4和5的中间位置通过螺栓6连接，两吊钩的顶端各设有固定孔2和固定孔3，钢丝绳1与固定孔2和固定孔连接，吊钩4和吊钩5的底端各设有一向吊钩内部弯曲的挂钩7和挂钩8。本实用新型利用最简单的杠杆原理，解决了很繁琐的线盘吊装工作的吊具问题，简单而实用。
