[0002] 当前,自行车车架与后平叉、后立叉连接部位一般采用焊接工艺,焊接部位易产生 焊接纹,表面粗糙,焊接时需要专业焊接机械手。一般来说焊接处强度会下降30%〜60%, 同时焊接成本高,外观粗糙,焊接纹处不但强度降低,影响到整车安全性能,同时也影响整 车的美观。
[0003]自行车车架各连接部位的另一种工艺方法为铸件接头,这种接头表面铸有合适角 度的连接柱,柱的内部为直筒状,筒的直径与支撑管的外径相配合,支撑管一端插入直筒 内,在配合面的间隙进行铜焊,这种铜焊结构消除了焊纹堆积,但是连接柱的外壁与支撑管 外壁不在同一平面,影响外观的一体性;同时为了减少不同平面的凸出感,就必须尽量减小 连接柱的壁厚,这又将造成连接部位的强度降低。
[0004] 目前自行车车架,后平叉、后立叉,车架横梁,普遍采用管状成形,生产过程需要扩 张模,收缩模,甚至需要多套扩张模和收缩模,所需要设备较多,且成形过程控制较复杂。解 决上述存在的问题,必须寻求一种制造自行车的新工艺、新材质和新结构,使自行车的制 造,既能保证自行车的强度又能保持整体外观美,同时能在大规模生产过程中减少生产流 程、简化设备和模具。
