涌泉穴按摩鞋垫，其结构特征是：由鞋垫(1)和安装在鞋垫中足底涌泉穴位置的按摩半球(2)构成。
足底涌泉穴是肾经主穴，经常按摩这个穴位，能让人肾精充足、精力充沛，具有补肾健脑、增强智力、安心宁神、舒肝明目的功效。
中医认为，肾在人体是一个极其重要而包含多种功能的脏器，是先天之本、生命之根，肾经之气犹如源泉之水，来源于足下，涌出而灌溉周身，所以涌泉穴在养生保健方面起到了重要作用。
