背景技术
现在市场上的饮水杯结构，由于经常要冲泡茶叶，漂浮在杯中水面或悬浮在水中的茶叶给饮水带来了不变，尤其上一杯水在饮用过程中，随着水面的下降，越来越靠近杯底的茶叶，这种不便越来越明显，时常造成吞进茶叶的现象，而且由于杯底沉淀的茶叶的原因，使水不能被彻底饮用完，造成浪费和使用不便，为了解决上述问题，人们想到了在杯中的茶叶上方增加一个过滤网，甚至在原来的杯子里面增加一个带有过滤孔的专门放茶叶的小杯子，然后把小杯子浸在水中，可以比较方便的把茶叶从杯子里取出，但是这样又增加了装置，提高了制造和销售的成本，所述缺陷值得改进。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种饮水杯，不用增加过多的装置，不提高制造销售成本，可以方便的把杯中的水饮用完毕，不会造成吞进茶叶的尴尬局面。

如图1所示，本实用新型实施例所述的一种饮水杯，包括杯体1、杯盖2和底座3，所述杯体1的顶端和底端通过螺纹分别与杯盖2和底座3连接，杯体1与杯盖2之间、杯体1与底座3之间均通过弹性垫圈7密封，杯体1的一侧为两层侧壁4，两层侧壁4之间为水道5，水道5与杯体1底部的空腔6连接，空腔6的顶部通过过滤孔8与杯体1的内腔连通。
具体使用时，杯子在冲泡茶叶后，水可以从杯子底部的过滤孔8经空腔6、水道5被吸进人的口内，当过滤孔8的孔径足够小时，残余茶叶便不会进入空腔6，更不会进入人的口内，不用增加过多的装置，不提高制造销售成本，可以方便的把杯中的水饮用完毕，不会造成吞进茶叶的尴尬局面。

1.一种饮水杯，包括杯体(1)、杯盖(2)和底座(3)，其特征在于：所述杯体(1)的顶端和底端通过螺纹分别与杯盖(2)和底座(3)连接，杯体(1)与杯盖(2)之间、杯体(1)与底座(3)之间均通过弹性垫圈(7)密封，杯体(1)的一侧为两层侧壁(4)，两层侧壁(4)之间为水道(5)，水道(5)与杯体(1)底部的空腔(6)连接，空腔(6)的顶部通过过滤孔(8)与杯体(1)的内腔连通。
