本实用新型公开了一种沼气池,特别公开了一种增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池。该增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池,包括发酵池、设置在发酵池上的浮罩、发酵池的进料口、出料口,浮罩上的导气管,其特征在于:所述的沼气池上方设置有保温层,保温层将浮罩、进料口、出料口包裹其内。本实用新型的有益效果是:使用安全,进料方便,避免了池体裂缝渗漏的情况,耐腐蚀性好,上端南低北高的设计,加上保温层内侧的黑色设计,可以有效地吸收太阳光。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,尤其是一种增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池。
(二)背景技术
目前国家发展及农村沼气事业,但目前农户所使用的多为地埋清理池内废弃料,难免不安全,气压大、池体裂缝渗漏,耐腐蚀性差等存在一系列的弊端,目前的浮罩式沼气池也存在配重麻烦,易倾斜、气压低等缺点,尤其是大换料时非常麻烦。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种安全、耐腐蚀性好、大换料非常方便的增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池。
一种增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池,包括发酵池、设置在发酵池上的浮罩、发酵池的进料口、出料口,浮罩上的导气管,其特征在于:所述的沼气池上方设置有保温层,保温层将浮罩、进料口、出料口包裹其内。
本实用新型更优的技术方案是:所述的保温层上端南低北高;保温层的顶端为双层透光保温膜,保温层的内侧为黑色。
本实用新型的有益效果是:安全、进料方便,避免了池体裂缝渗漏的情况,耐腐蚀性好,上端南低北高的设计,加上保温层内侧的黑色设计,可以有效地吸收太阳光。

附图1为本实用新型的结构示意图,一种增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池,发酵池(8)、设置在发酵池(8)上的浮罩(4)、发酵池(8)的进料口(2)、出料口(5),浮罩(4)上的导气管(3),发酵池(8)上方设置有保温层(1),保温层(1)将浮罩(4)、进料口(2)、出料口(5)包裹其内。保温层(1)上端南低北高;保温层(1)的顶端为双层透光保温膜,保温层(1)的内侧为黑色。保温层(1)与沼气池接触处设置有阀门(6),平时的应用中,阀门(6)是关闭的,大换料时,打开阀门(6),也便于便于拆卸图中保温层(1)将进料口(2)、出料口(5)和浮罩(4)包裹在内,保温层(1)的顶部采用南低北高的设计,保温层(1)的顶端为双层透光保温膜,保温层的内侧为黑色。而浮罩压力式沼气池是发酵池(8)和浮罩(4)两体组成,可分可合,大换料极为方便而且安全,浮罩(4)是有机玻璃钢材质、重量轻,强度大,耐腐蚀,寿命长,而且气密性好,好搬运,施工快捷,成本较低,发酵池(8)制作两种方法:一种是砖和水泥砌制,一种是水泥浇筑的,因为池面是垂直于池壁的,所以施工方便,表面用防水剂水泥膏压光,不渗水,因发酵池也没有气压,发酵池不会鼓池裂缝,寿命长,发酵池制好1-2天即可投料,投完料,扣上浮罩1-2天,即可产生用气,浮罩式沼气池在发酵池池壁上有一个活动控制浮罩(4)上的控制杆,发酵池(8)产生的沼气笼罩在浮罩(4)内,沼气越多,浮罩(4)外的沼液上升,浮罩(4)内的沼气压力越大,用气更方便,没发酵池高出地面一米左右,池体外有保温层和南低北高的包温增温室,斜面盖双层透光保温膜,保温室内墙体采用黑色,白天吸收太阳光增温,冬季晚上盖草帘,一年四季照常产气。气密性好,密封性好,强度好,大换料时可拆卸的方便性就体现的更好。

1.一种增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池,包括发酵池、设置在发酵池上的浮罩、发酵池的进料口、出料口,浮罩上的导气管,其特征在于:所述的沼气池上方设置有保温层,保温层将浮罩、进料口、出料口包裹其内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池,其特征在于:所述的保温层上端南低北高。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增温保温浮罩压力式沼气池,其特征在于:所述的保温层的顶端为双层透光保温膜,保温层的内侧为黑色。
