背景技术  众所周知，人们在生活中常常会去市场买菜，然后拎着大量的塑料袋物品回家。但是，一旦塑料袋内部存放物品的重量较大，势必会对手部形成较大的作用力，造成勒手问题。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种方便悬挂包装袋的拎手装置，特别是一种方便提手器。
本实用新型包括两个半环形提手，两个半环形提手一端活动连接，另一端分别向外设有横向凸出杆，在凸出杆表面上下对称开设螺纹插孔，两根凸出杆紧贴后通过螺栓固定连接，把两个半环形提手组成圆环形结构；在一侧半环形提手内表面开设多个卡槽。
使用时，使用者取下螺栓，打开连接在一起的两个提手，然后塑料袋套在一个提手上，并利用卡槽分类悬挂，然后把两个半环形提手重新合并，插入螺栓进行固定，最后使用者手握着上侧提手便可携带物品行走，提供便利的携带方式。
本实用新型的优点是：结构合理、方便实用、安全可靠，更可以为使用者提供方便舒适的携带物品的方式，避免塑料袋勒上手部。
