一种生态能的提取发热利用装置,尤其是适合广大农村使用的一种利用太阳能助沼孪生热的发热装置。包括太阳能热水器、沼气池、水管、换热管,太阳能热水器的进水口与进水管连接,进水管的另一端与自来水管连接。所述太阳能热水器的出水口与出水管连接,出水管的另一端插入沼气池内,螺旋换热管位于沼气池内,一端与进水管连接,另一端与送水管连接,送水管与采暖风机盘管、淋浴喷头连接,采暖风机盘管位于住室内。本实用新型将太阳能、沼气池结合在一起,用太阳能助沼气产生,提取利用孪生热取暖、洗浴,提高了太阳能、沼气的利用率,使孪生热得到充分利用。该装置结构简单,设计科学,安装方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生态能的提取发热利用装置,尤其是适合广大农村实用的一种利用太阳能助沼孪生热的发热装置。
背景技术
太阳能、沼气已被人们广泛利用于日常生活中,比如利用太阳能热水器洗浴、用沼气池制气做饭,随着科技水平的提高,生态能源越来越受到人们的青睐。不尽人意的是,目前利用生态能源的日用生活装置大多以单一能源为主,比如太阳能热水器、沼气利用装置等。这些装置的不足之处是:太阳能热水器受阳光照射的局限,阴、雨天气,北方的冬季使用效果不佳。沼气的自然发酵产生也受季节的限制,在北方春夏秋三季沼气正常,冬季天气寒冷,沼气产量少。截止目前提供太阳能助沼使孪生热提高的利用装置,尤其是用两者的孪生热洗浴取暖的装置还未见有报道。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种将太阳能、沼气结合利用,结构简单的利用太阳能助沼孪生热的发热装置。
实现上述目的采用以下技术方案:利用太阳能助沼孪生热的发热装置,包括太阳能热水器、沼气池、水管、换热管,太阳能热水器的进水口与进水管连接,进水管的另一端与自来水管连接。所述太阳能热水器的出水口与出水管连接,出水管的另一端插入沼气池内,螺旋换热管位于沼气池内,一端与进水管连接,另一端与送水管连接,送水管与采暖风机盘管、淋浴喷头连接,采暖风机盘管位于住室内。
采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型将太阳能、沼气池结合在一起,用太阳能助沼气产生,提取利用孪生热取暖、洗浴,提高了太阳能、沼气的利用率,使孪生热得到充分利用。该装置结构简单,设计科学,安装方便,尤其适用于广大农村使用,是确保低碳生活的装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本实施例是一种利用太阳能助沼孪生热的发热装置,由太阳能热水器2、沼气池4、采暖风机盘管7、螺旋换热管10、淋浴喷头8等组成。
参见附图1,进水管1一端与自来水管9连接,另一端与太阳能热水器2的进水口连通,为太阳能热水器2供水,进水管1上设置有控制阀。太阳能热水器2的出水口与出水管3连接,出水管3上安装有调节阀。出水管3的另一端插入沼气池4内,为沼气池4输送热水,给沼气池4加热,并协助其产生沼气。螺旋换热管10放置在沼气池4内,一端与自来水管9连接,另一端与热水管6连接,热水管6上连接有为其加压的循环泵5和热水控制阀。热水管6与采暖风机盘管7、淋浴喷头8连接,采暖风机盘管10位于住室内。淋浴喷头8连接在热水管6的尾端,热水管6安装有调节控制阀。
沼气池4按照要求规范建造在防风朝阳的地方。螺旋换热管10采用Φ30的紫铜管,其长度L=沼气池4内经×5环。
本实用新型的工作原理:
自来水管9采用三通式,与太阳能热水器2、螺旋换热管10连接,不断为其补充水源。太阳能热水器2与自来水管9连接,其热水自流而下补充到沼气池4的液面。在沼气池4内,螺旋换热管10的冷水在沼气池4内进行了热交换,可使螺旋换热管10内冷水的水温提高到16℃以上。循环泵5为采暖风机盘管7加压泵热水,采暖风机盘管7将16℃以上的热水换成热风吹入室内,使居室温暖如春。打开热水管6的调节控制阀,淋浴喷头8喷出热水便可淋浴。本实用新型将太阳能助沼孪生热成功地运用到农村家庭,经济实用。

1.利用太阳能助沼孪生热的发热装置,包括太阳能热水器、沼气池、水管、换热管,太阳能热水器的进水口与进水管连接,进水管的另一端与自来水管连接,其特征在于,所述太阳能热水器的出水口与出水管连接,出水管的另一端插入沼气池内,螺旋换热管位于沼气池内,一端与进水管连接,另一端与送水管连接,送水管与采暖风机盘管、淋浴喷头连接,采暖风机盘管位于住室内。
