本实用新型涉及一种复合地板，具体涉及复合地板中的芯层板结构。
背景技术
木材具有美观耐用，舒适感强等许多优点，已被大量应用于地板、家具和建筑等行业。
现有的复合地板主要有实木复合地板和强化复合地板，其中，实木复合地板主要有三层和多层两种，三层实木复合地板表层为优质名贵木材薄片，中间和底层为速生木材，用胶水热压而成；多层实木复合地板以多层胶合板为基材，表层为硬木片镶拼板或刨切单板，以胶水热压而成，作为基材的胶合板则由涂胶后的薄片状木材单板按木纹方向纵横交错组坯压制而成。由于实木复合地板均具有不易变形、脚感舒适等优点，因而得到了消费者的广泛喜爱。然而，由于实木复合地板的组成成分均是天然木材，木材消耗量大，成本较高。强化复合地板中的基层采用中密度或高密度的层压密度板，即以木质纤维或其他植物纤维为原料，施加脲醛树脂或其他适用的胶粘剂制成的人造板材，其原材料来源丰富，大大减少了木材的消耗，成本也较低，但强化复合地板缺乏实木质感，脚感较差。
另一方面，由于木材生长的周期长，根本无法满足人们日益增长的需要，随着地板制造业的不断发展壮大，木材资源紧缺的状况日趋明显。此外，大量的砍伐给环境带来了恶劣的影响。保护资源、保护环境的呼声要求我们必须改变现有的复合结构地板的结构组成成分，降低木材的比例。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种脚感舒适，并能节省木材资源的复合地板。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种复合地板，包括表层板、芯层板和底板，所述芯层板由单板和中密度纤维板交替层叠构成，单板与中密度纤维板的层数相同。
上文中，所述芯层板由单板和中密度纤维板分别涂胶后交错组坯压制而成，使中密度纤维板成为芯层板的主要组成部分，由于中密度纤维板打散了原来木材的组织，破坏了各向异性及湿胀干缩的特性，在稳定性上要优于单板，从而提高了地板的稳定性，同时，中密度纤维板的原材料选材更广泛，可以提高原材料的综合利用率，降低了生产成本。此外，由于芯层板中单板与中密度纤维板的层数相同，单板成分依旧占很大比例，从而使地板拥有原始实木地板的舒适脚感。
上述技术方案中，所述芯层板中上下相邻的两块单板的木纹方向相互垂直。该结构降低了芯层板纵横方向物理、机械性能的差异，可进一步提高地板的稳定性。
上述技术方案中，所述单板的厚度为1.2～3mm，密度纤维板的厚度为2～5mm。
由于上述技术方案运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点是：
1、由于本实用新型复合地板中的芯层板由单板和中密度纤维板交替层叠构成，使中密度纤维板成为芯层板的主要组成部分，从而提高了地板的稳定性，同时，由于中密度纤维板的原材料来源更为丰富，不仅缓解了木材来源紧张的问题，而且也降低了地板的生产成本。
2、本实用新型的芯层板中单板与中密度纤维板的层数相同，单板成分依旧占很大比例，从而使地板拥有原始实木地板的舒适脚感。
3、本实用新型中上下相邻的两块单板的木纹方向相互垂直，降低了芯层板纵横方向物理、机械性能的差异，进一步提高了地板的稳定性。
4、本实用新型结构简单，易于实现，适合推广使用。

参见图1所示，一种复合地板，包括表层板1、芯层板和底板2，所述芯层板由单板3和中密度纤维板4交替层叠构成，单板3与中密度纤维板4的层数相同。所述单板3的厚度为1.2～3mm，中密度纤维板4的厚度为2～5mm。
所述芯层板中上下相邻的两块单板的木纹方向相互垂直。

1.一种复合地板，包括表层板(1)、芯层板和底板(2)，其特征在于：所述芯层板由单板(3)和中密度纤维板(4)交替层叠构成，单板(3)与中密度纤维板(4)的层数相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板，其特征在于：所述芯层板中上下相邻的两块单板的木纹方向相互垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板，其特征在于：所述单板(3)的厚度为1.2～3mm，中密度纤维板(4)的厚度为2～5mm。
