本实用新型涉及一种医疗手术器械,特别涉及一种带血槽的扩张器。
背景技术
在实施阴茎支撑体植入术时,需要对阴茎海绵体白膜进行扩张,所用的手术器械通常称为扩张器。
扩张器沿阴茎海绵体白膜的切口,从白膜内腔沿外侧从小到大逐步扩张,测量阴茎海绵体白膜内腔的实际长度,以便挑选适合植入的圆柱体,如果扩张不充分,选择圆柱体可能偏短,会造成阴茎头塌陷,使手后显效差或不显效。
现有的扩张器一般为普通的不锈钢圆柱体,扩张时阴茎海绵体白膜内腔与扩张器主体之间的摩擦较大,在手术时医生较难操作,也容易造成病人疼痛,并且会使扩张不方便,降低手术效率。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种带血槽的扩张器,在扩张器主体上开设血槽,且对现有扩张器使用的不便之处做了改进,提高扩张器的扩张效果。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种带血槽的扩张器,包括扩张器主体和手持柄,扩张器主体和手持柄相连接,所述扩张器主体头部开设血槽,所述手持柄为六角形棒状结构。
所述扩张器主体和手持柄不在同一条直线上。
本实用新型的有益效果为:在扩张器主体设置血槽,减少阴茎海绵体白膜内腔与扩张器主体之间的摩擦,提高手术效果;手持柄设计为六角形,使其在手术中不打滑,术后不会增加病人痛苦。

以下结合附图,对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1,是带血槽的扩张器的主视图,包括扩张器主体1和手持柄2,扩张器主体1和手持柄2相连接,所述扩张器主体1头部开设血槽3,用来减少阴茎海绵体白膜内腔与扩张器主体之间的摩擦,从而降低术后病人疼痛感,本实用新型选择开设三条血槽,增强对称效果,使摩擦均匀;所述手持柄2为六角形棒状结构,便于手术操作不打滑。
如图2,是带血槽的扩张器的侧视图,扩张器主体1和手持柄2不在同一条直线上,使扩张器使用时,在手柄处更容易用力,增强扩张器使用效率,从而减轻病人术后痛苦。
本实用新型在工作时是从阴茎海绵体白膜的切口,从白膜内腔沿外侧从小到大逐步扩张,来测量阴茎海绵体白膜内腔的实际长度,挑选适合植入长度的植入体,扩张充分,并且在扩张器主体头部开设血槽,减少阴茎海绵体白膜内腔与扩张器主体之间的摩擦,也提高了手术显效率。
