本实用新型涉及一种管线带压堵漏卡具，属油、气、水管线发生泄漏时进行封堵的装置技术领域，尤其广泛适用于管线三通及弯头部位发生泄漏时不停止输送进行抢险的管线带压堵漏卡具。
背景技术
目前，各类型管线(油、气、水等)抢险技术日趋成熟，特别是各类卡具众多，但遇到管线在三通及弯头部位泄漏时，由于弯头及三通的弧度原因，现有的卡具常常无法上紧，因此，只能停输，在管线不漏时进行焊补，存在焊补时间长，影响管线运行安全的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种管线带压堵漏卡具。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：本实用新型由手柄、丝杠、卡体、调节压头组成，卡体为半圆弧形，两端为上、下对正同心的丝母，丝杠穿过丝母，丝杠两端分别为手柄和调节压头。
本实用新型可在管线不停止输送的情况下进行带压堵漏，有效解决各种管线在不同位置，如弯头、三通等异型位置的堵漏难题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型由手柄1、丝杠2、卡体3、调节压头4组成，卡体3为半圆弧形，两端为上、下对正同心的丝母5，丝杠2穿过丝母5，丝杠2两端分别为手柄1和调节压头4。
当管线6发生泄露时，把对应管线管径的钢板对正漏点，垫好胶皮，将调节压头4压住钢板，扭紧卡体3上、下两端的丝杠1，即可将漏点封堵，在不停止生产的前提下，实现带压堵漏，操作过程方便，确保安全生产。

1.一种管线带压堵漏卡具，由手柄(1)、丝杠(2)、卡体(3)、调节压头(4)组成，其特征是：卡体(3)为半圆弧形，两端为上、下对正同心的丝母(5)；丝杠(2)穿过丝母(5)，丝杠(2)两端分别为手柄(1)和调节压头(4)。
