[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:照射角度广的LED日光灯, 包括铝散热管和灯罩,铝散热管的两端设有灯头,所述的铝散热管上装设有PCB基板,PCB 基板上设有若干个LED芯片,所述的PCB基板为两块,沿铝散热管的中轴线对称放置,该两 块PCB基板的外侧高于内侧。

具体实施方式
[0012] 如图1所示,本实用新型所述的照射角度广的LED日光灯,包括铝散热管1和灯罩 2,铝散热管1中装设电源部件。为了减少LED芯片发光产生的眩光,灯罩2是采用经过磨 砂的PC材料制成,以达到柔和光线的目的。铝散热管1的两端设有灯头,所述的铝散热管 1上装设有PCB基板3。所述的PCB基板3为两块,各块PCB基板3上均设有若干个LED芯 片4。该两块PCB基板3沿铝散热管1的中轴线对称放置,该两块PCB基板3的外侧高于 内侧。所述的PCB基板3外侧高于内侧的角度可选为15度,常用于LED日光灯的120度的LED即可产生相当于150度的照射区域,如角度选择更大,照射区域也可以相应的扩大。 [0013] 总之,本实用新型虽然例举了上述优选实施方式,但是应该说明,虽然本领域的技 术人员可以进行各种变化和改型,除非这样的变化和改型偏离了本实用新型的范围,否则 都应该包括在本实用新型的保护范围内。

  1. 一种照射角度广的LED日光灯,包括铝散热管(1)和灯罩(2),铝散热管(1)的两端设有灯头,所述的铝散热管(1)上装设有PCB基板(3),PCB基板(3)上设有若干个LED芯片(4),其特征在于:所述的PCB基板(3)为两块,沿铝散热管(1)的中轴线对称放置,该两块PCB基板(3)的外侧高于内侧。
  2. 2.按照权利要求1所述的照射角度广的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述的PCB基板(3) 外侧高于内侧的角度为15度。
