Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种改进的模具底板。主要有底板开斜口，边模增加滑键，增加45度滑键，底板背腔增加铸窝。该设计方式为在底板上把边模和底板配合的4个滑键改为不同的宽度，避免边模装错；同时底模和底板的定位使用4个45度滑键一同链接，保证模具与底板定位；在底板上开斜口、底板背腔增加铸窝防止底板变形。本实用新型在使用中能满足车轮的尺寸精度要求，对设计者的技术要求不高，能在车轮设计中广泛使用，在生产中结构简单，制造容易，模具的装配精度更高，保证汽车厂家对车轮尺寸的要求，提高产品安全性。

本实用新型涉及模具底板，具体的说涉及一种增加模具与底板定位、防止底板变形及边模放错的模具底板
背景技术
中国铸造模具工业发展到今天，经历了一个艰辛的历程，由于我国机械、电子、轻工、仪表、交通等工业部门的蓬勃发展，对铸造模具的需求在数量上越来越多，质量要求越来越高，供货期越来越短。因此，引起了我国有关部门对铸造模具工业的高度重视，将模具列为重点科研攻关项目引进国外铸造模具先进技术，制定有关铸造模具国家标准。随着市场的不断发展需要配合精度较高的模具用于生产，目前所使用的模具底板易变形，边模没有防错设计，使得尺寸废品较多。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种模具底板设计方式，它能满足车轮制造企业对车轮尺寸的需求，同时具有通用性强、结构简单、便于制作、精度能满足尺寸要求的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：底板上设置斜口，地板上与边模配合的四个滑键设置为不同宽度，增加四个45度滑键，底板背腔增加铸窝。
所述的四个不同宽度的滑键分别与相应的边模配合，避免边模装错；所述四个45度滑键与边模一同链接，保证模具与底板定位；在底板上设置斜口、底板背腔增加铸窝防止底板变形，重新排布底模螺栓.均匀分布，不得做在底板开口方向。
本实用新型在使用中能满足车轮的尺寸精度要求，对设计者的技术要求不高，能在车轮设计中广泛使用，在生产中结构简单，制造容易，模具的装配精度更高，保证汽车厂家对车轮尺寸的要求，提高产品安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体设计的细节和设计目的。
底板上设置斜口4，地板上与边模配合的四个滑键2a、2b、2c、2d设置为不同宽度，增加四个45度滑键3a、3b、3c、3d，底板背腔增加铸窝。
所述的四个不同宽度的滑键2a、2b、2c、2d分别与相应的边模配合，避免边模装错；所述四个45度滑键3a、3b、3c、3d与边模一同链接，保证模具与底板定位；在底板上设置斜口4、底板背腔增加铸窝5防止底板变形，重新排布底模螺栓.均匀分布，不得做在底板开口方向。

1.改进的模具底板，包括与边模配合的四个滑键(2a)、(2b)、(2c)、(2d)四个45度滑键(3a)、(3b)、(3c)、(3d)，其特点在于：四个滑键(2a)(2b)(2c)(2d)设置为不同宽度，底板上设置斜口(4)，底板背腔增加铸窝(5)。
