Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种腰鼓型阀体,该阀体的外形呈腰鼓型,阀体的内腔分割为上下两腔,上、下两腔的隔离面上设有通孔和导向套的安装孔。本实用新型的优点是应用在KSA文丘里黑水调节阀,能自行实现压力平衡、循环清洁等功能;避免阀芯、导向套卡死;减少上腔颗粒数量,降低上腔压力,避免高压颗粒介质压入填料函,造成阀杆刮伤,阀门外泄;防止流体介质在腔体内涡流,造成阀芯旋转,性能失控。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种KSA文丘里黑水调节阀的阀体,特别涉及一种在黑水、渣水中含有颗粒并有腐蚀性的工况下阀门的腰鼓型阀体。
背景技术
含固体颗粒的黑水、渣水、灰水,尤其是黑水中含有氯离子、氨、钾盐、硫化氢、磷酸等强腐蚀介质,黑水、渣水、灰水等在流经调节阀时会有阻塞流发生,高速流体产生闪蒸、空化,前后压差特别大,并且介质中颗粒会结垢粘连阀内件,颗粒会迅速将阀内件损坏。另外,固体颗粒极易卡在填料函部分,从而造成阀杆被刮伤,阀门自填料函处外泄。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种能平衡阀体内压差、防止流体介质中的颗粒将阀芯与导向套卡死,又能防止颗粒进入填料函造成阀杆刮伤、阀门外泄的腰鼓型阀体。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种腰鼓型阀体,该阀体的外形呈腰鼓型,阀体的内腔分割为上下两腔,上、下两腔的隔离面上设有通孔和导向套的安装孔。流体介质自隔离面上的一组通孔流入,从导向套的凹槽流出,不仅防止颗粒将阀芯和导向套卡死,又防止高压将颗粒压入填料函,造成阀杆刮伤,阀门外泄。
所述下腔的内流道呈流线型,下腔的内侧壁设有导流翼,防止流体涡流,避免了阀芯的旋转,减少了流体介质对阀体内流道的冲刷。
本实用新型的优越功效在于:
1)本实用新型应用在KSA文丘里黑水调节阀,能自行实现压力平衡、循环清洁等功能,避免阀芯、导向套卡死;
2)减少上腔颗粒数量,降低上腔压力,避免高压颗粒介质压入填料函,造成阀杆刮伤,阀门外泄;
3)防止流体介质在腔体内涡流,造成阀芯旋转,性能失控。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种腰鼓型阀体,该阀体1的外形呈腰鼓型,阀体的内腔分割为上下两腔,上腔11、下腔12的隔离面16上设有通孔13和导向套的安装孔14。流体介质自隔离面16上的一组通孔13流入,从导向套2的凹槽流出,不仅完成了阀体1内上下腔压力平衡、自洁功能,防止颗粒将阀芯3和导向套2卡死;上腔11压力小于下腔12压力,且进入上腔11的颗粒数量有限,在上腔11与上阀盖腔4处会形成相对的流动死区,从而避免颗粒介质压入填料函6,造成阀杆5刮伤,阀门外泄。
所述下腔12的内流道呈流线型,下腔12的内侧壁设有导流翼15,防止流体涡流,避免了阀芯的旋转,减少了流体介质对阀体1内流道的冲刷。下腔内流道壁喷涂碳化钨,解决了冲蚀问题。
阀体的腔体壁厚均匀,易于铸造成型,成本低。
