Abstract
一种圆织机自动热切折边装置，包括卷布机固定支架，其特征在于：在固定支架的上部两侧分别设有热切刀，下部两侧分别设有斜槽。圆织机工作时，将圆织机织好的双层基布从本实用新型的上部经过热切刀被切割为单片基布，单片基布继续下行经过斜槽折边后再通过卷布机收卷，斜槽角度可根据单片基布折边后尺寸的大小进行调节。本实用新型使裁剪、折边一步完成，生产效率高，省时省力。

本实用新型提供一种圆织机自动热切折边装置。
背景技术
目前，通常使用的圆织机在生产基布的时候，基布的折幅是固定的，而集装袋产品的尺寸是不固定的，基布生产后需要根据集装袋产品的尺寸进行裁剪，圆织机织出的基布为双层基布，使用单层基布时，需要进行裁剪，且增加折边工序，费时费力。

根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种裁剪、折边一步完成，生产效率高，省时省力的圆织机自动热切折边装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种圆织机自动热切折边装置，包括固定支架，其特征在于：在固定支架的上部两侧分别设有热切刀，下部两侧分别设有斜槽。
圆织机工作时，将圆织机织好的双层基布从本实用新型的上部经过热切刀被切割为单片基布，单片基布继续下行经过斜槽折边后再通过卷布机收卷，斜槽角度可根据单片基布折边后尺寸的大小进行调节。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：圆织机自动热切折边装置可通过热切刀方便的将双层基布切割为单层基布，通过斜槽进行折边，裁剪、折边一步完成，生产效率高，省时省力。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述：如图1所示的一种圆织机自动热切折边装置，包括卷布机固定支架1，在卷布机固定支架1上设有热切刀2、斜槽3，斜槽3位于热切刀2下方。将圆织机织好的双层基布从本实用新型的上部经过热切刀2被切割为单片基布，单片基布继续下行经过斜槽3折边后再通过卷布机收卷，斜槽角度 可根据单片基布折边后尺寸的大小进行调节。
