目前，公知截瘫病人因下肢不能自主活动，排便时需医护人员先将其臀部抬起，再将接便盆放到其臀下，由于接便盆是一个椭圆体，并且有一定的高度，放在患者的臀下，不但使患者感觉非常不舒服。而且也非常容易污染床单及被褥，增加护理工作量，给病人带来了痛苦，给医护人员带来了不便。.

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种构造简单，使用方便的卧床患者大小便支架。
本实用新型解决其上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种卧床患者大小便支架，其包括铲板，其特征是：所述铲板的正面是长方形、侧面是三角形的，铲板高的一端中间设有一个向内凹进的半圆形缺口。使用时医护人员可患者的臀部抬起，将支架放到患者臀下，然后再将接便盆放到患者臀下铲板高的一端中间设有的半圆形缺口内即可。
