Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种光伏并网发电技术领域的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,旨在解决现有光伏并网逆变器能量变换级数多,转换效率低,成本高的问题。该逆变器包括主电路、电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块、控制电源模块,主电路中逆变桥、输出滤波器及隔离变压器依次串联,电压和电流检测模块分别连接逆变桥的输入端、输出滤波器的输出端及隔离变压器的输出端,控制模块的输出端连接驱动和保护模块的输入端,驱动和保护模块的输出端连接逆变桥的脉冲输入端,控制电源模块为电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块提供工作电源。该逆变器能有效增强系统的稳定性、可靠性,提高系统效率,降低成本、节省体积。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能光伏并网发电技术领域,特别涉及一种单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器。
背景技术
随着现代工业的发展,全球能源危机和大气污染问题日益突出,传统的燃料能源正在日益减少,对环境造成的危害日益突出,全球约有20亿人得不到正常的能源供应。寻求新的可再生能源,改变人类能源结构,维持长远的可持续发展,已经成为人们重视的焦点。太阳能光伏是各种新能源中应用前景最广阔的一种,光伏发电将会替代石油和煤炭成为人类未来主要的能源形式之一。
由于现阶段科技水平的限制,太阳能光伏电池的转换效率始终比较低,在有限的资源下如何最大限度地提高发电效率是现阶段光伏并网逆变器的关键。
现有技术中的太阳能光伏并网逆变器是通过模拟电路实现,功能单一,准确率低,传统的两级式和多级式的光伏并网逆变器能量变换级数多,转换效率低,成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,以解决现有光伏并网逆变器能量变换级数多,转换效率低,成本高的问题。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型所提供的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,包括主电路、电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块、控制电源模块,主电路包括依次串联的逆变桥、输出滤波器及隔离变压器,电压和电流检测模块分别连接逆变桥的输入端、输出滤波器的输出端及隔离变压器的输出端,控制模块的输出端连接驱动和保护模块的输入端,驱动和保护模块的输出端连接逆变桥的脉冲输入端,控制电源模块为电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块提供工作电源。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型取得了以下有益效果:该逆变器可以有效增强系统的稳定性、可靠性,提高系统效率,降低成本的同时节省了体积;主回路采用单级式结构,在逆变器直流输入侧完成光伏阵列最大功率点跟踪控制;输出滤波器可以滤除逆变桥输出电流中的谐波成分,再经隔离变压器升压后接入电网;电压和电流检测模块分别检测太阳能光伏阵列的输出电压和电流信号,为最大功率点跟踪控制提供实时数据,通过检测逆变桥输出电流,为控制模块完成逆变器的并网电流控制提供输出电流值;驱动和保护模块接收来至控制模块的PWM脉冲信号,经光耦器件隔离放大后送至逆变桥的脉冲输入端口,同时检测太阳能光伏阵列的输出电压,完成低电压和过压保护,还能够检测逆变输出电流信号,防止系统过流而损坏逆变桥功率管。
所述控制模块为基于高性能浮点数字信号处理器的控制模块。通过该控制模块可以实现最大功率点跟踪控制、孤岛效应检测、并网电流控制、通讯及故障保护。
所述控制模块设有基于CAN总线的可扩展通讯端口,并设有可与远程计算机连接的RS485通讯接口。设有基于CAN总线的可扩展通讯端口,可以使系统易于接入太阳能光伏并网集群控制器;设有RS485通讯接口,可以便于与远程调度计算机相连,将本地数据在远程显示,并可接受远程控制。
所述逆变桥中的功率管为智能功率模块,设有过电压、过电流和过热故障检测电路,各检测电路的信号均接入控制模块。
所述逆变桥中的功率管为三菱第五代IPM智能功率模块。
所述电压和电流检测模块为基于霍尔效应的电压电流LEM模块。该模块精度高,线性度高。
所述控制电源模块采用UC3845反激式专用控制芯片驱动MOSFET器件,经DC/DC变换后提供工作电源。
所述驱动和保护模块包括HCLP4504光耦器件。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器包括主电路、电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块、控制电源模块。
主电路包括逆变桥2、输出滤波器及隔离变压器3。逆变桥以太阳能光伏阵列1作为输入电源,其输出连接至输出滤波器的输入端,为三相六管结构,功率管采用三菱第五代IPM智能功率模块,不仅把功率开关器件和驱动电路集成在一起,而且还内藏有过电压、过电流和过热等故障检测电路,并可将检测信号送到控制模块。
输出滤波器采用LC滤波器,以滤除逆变桥输出电流中的谐波成分,LC滤波器的输出端连接至工频隔离变压器的输入端,经工频隔离变压器升压后,其输出端连接至电网4。
逆变桥的主要功能是使输出的电流与电网电压同频,实现单位功率因数输出,同时电流的谐波要小于4%,因此电流的闭环控制是DC/AD变换控制中的中心环节,本实用新型采用的是基于电网电压前馈的瞬时电流控制。
控制模块的输出端连接驱动和保护模块的输入端,采用基于高性能浮点DSP(即数字信号处理器)的控制模块,负责进行系统的协调,实现最大功率点跟踪控制、孤岛效应检测、并网电流控制、通讯及故障保护以及人机接口。控制模块向驱动与保护单元发出PWM脉冲,经驱动放大后连接至三相逆变桥的门极,控制智能功率模块的导通与关闭;根据电压和电流检测模块反馈的信号形成母线电压和输出电流的双闭环控制系统。
控制模块设有基于CAN总线的可扩展通讯端口,使系统易于接入太阳能光伏并网集群控制器;并设有RS485通讯接口,便于与远程调度计算机相连,将本地数据在远程显示,并可接受远程控制。
电压和电流检测模块为基于霍尔效应的电压电流LEM模块,分别连接逆变桥的输入端、输出滤波器的输出端及隔离变压器的输出端,检测太阳能光伏阵列的输出电压和电流信号,为最大功率点跟踪控制提供实时数据,通过检测逆变桥输出电流,为控制模块完成逆变器的并网电流控制提供输出电流值。
驱动和保护模块接收来至控制模块的PWM脉冲信号,将其经光耦器件HCLP4504隔离放大后送至逆变桥的脉冲输入端口;同时检测太阳能光伏阵列的输出电压,完成低电压和过压保护,还要检测逆变输出电流信号,防止系统过流而损坏功率管等器件。
控制电源采用UC3845反激式专用控制芯片驱动MOSFET器件,经DC/DC变换后,为电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块提供工作电源。具体实现时可以向整个逆变系统提供5V,15V,-15V,24V,4路15V自独立的隔离电源,以确保系统的正常运行。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征在于,该逆变器包括主电路、电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块、控制电源模块,主电路包括依次串联的逆变桥、输出滤波器及隔离变压器,电压和电流检测模块分别连接逆变桥的输入端、输出滤波器的输出端及隔离变压器的输出端,控制模块的输出端连接驱动和保护模块的输入端,驱动和保护模块的输出端连接逆变桥的脉冲输入端,控制电源模块为电压和电流检测模块、控制模块、驱动和保护模块提供工作电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征是,所述控制模块为基于高性能浮点数字信号处理器的控制模块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征是,所述控制模块设有基于CAN总线的可扩展通讯端口,并设有可与远程计算机连接的RS485通讯接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征是,所述逆变桥中的功率管为智能功率模块,设有过电压、过电流和过热故障检测电路,各检测电路的信号均接入控制模块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征是,所述逆变桥中的功率管为三菱第五代IPM智能功率模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征是,所述电压和电流检测模块为基于霍尔效应的电压电流LEM模块。
7.根据权利要求1所述的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征是,所述控制电源模块采用UC3845反激式专用控制芯片驱动MOSFET器件,经DC/DC变换后提供工作电源。
8.根据权利要求1所述的单级式三相太阳能光伏并网逆变器,其特征是,所述驱动和保护模块包括HCLP4504光耦器件。
