技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种特种用纸,特别是包卷烟丝用的卷烟纸。
背景技术:许多人在抽烟的过程中经常会中途先随手搁下香烟去做其它事情,一般的卷烟纸仅用来包卷住烟丝,不会阻燃,搁下的香烟未熄灭会一直自燃,在自燃过程中可能引发安全事故。而且,即使香烟放在烟灰缸等较安全地方,如果时间较久,剩余的卷烟一直燃尽也容易造成浪费,特别是较高档的香烟自燃损失更大。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种可以防止未熄灭卷烟一直自燃的阻燃卷烟纸。
本实用新型包括用于包卷烟丝的薄纸体,在薄纸体表面设有一条或更多条阻燃涂层,阻燃涂层的分布方向和卷烟轴线交叉或垂直。
本实用新型的卷烟纸上设有阻燃涂层,如果卷烟还处在被吸状态,由于吸进的空气流动助燃,阻燃涂层不会阻碍卷烟燃烧。如果卷烟处于静置未熄灭状态,则自燃到阻燃涂层处后会自动熄灭,避免剩余的卷烟燃尽浪费,也减少火灾安全隐患。

实施例:如图所示,薄纸体1用于包卷烟丝,在薄纸体1表面设有一条或更多条阻燃涂层2,根据需要,阻燃涂层2可设在薄纸体1的正面或反面,或者可以正、反面同时设置。阻燃涂层2的分布方向可以和卷烟轴线交叉或垂直,本实施例的阻燃涂层2有二条,方向和卷烟轴线垂直。
实际上,阻燃涂层2一般是利用功能液涂在薄纸体1表面的设定位置处,被纸吸收干燥并产生化学作用后,即可达到阻燃效果。阻燃涂层2一般是无色的,这样不会对卷烟的外观产生影响。当然如果需要,阻燃涂层2也可以采用有色形式,能够装饰或警示。

1.一种阻燃卷烟纸,包括用于包卷烟丝的薄纸体,其特征为:在薄纸体(1)表面设有一条或更多条阻燃涂层(2),阻燃涂层(2)的分布方向和卷烟轴线交叉或垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃卷烟纸,其特征为:阻燃涂层(2)设在薄纸体(1)的正面或反面或正、反面同时设置。
