[0002] 目前市场上已出现混合动力电动车,不过这些混合动力电动车都是采用串联式, 即燃油发电机直接与电池组相接,给电池组供电,以增加续驶里程。实际上就是电和油作为 能源的混用,这种混用之间不存在联系,仅仅为简单的组合,充其量算作混合动力车,耗能 不小,二氧化碳的排放也不少,并且不能起到相辅相成的作用,所以不能算作真正意义上的 混合动力电动车。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种真正意义上混合动力电动车,采用串并联混合方 式,既使燃油发电机可以向电池组充电又能向控制器供电,来增加续驶里程。
[0004] 为了达到上述目的采用以下技术方案:一种插电增程式混合动力电动车,包括电 动车,电动车上设置有蓄电池组,蓄电池组通过电机控制器和电动机连接,电动机输出端设 置有变速箱,电动车内设置有内燃发电机,内燃发电机分别和蓄电池组及电机控制器连接。

[0009] 如图1、2所示,一种插电增程式混合动力电动车,包括电动车8,电动车上设置有 蓄电池组5和内燃发电机3,蓄电池组通过电机控制器4和电动机2连接,内燃发电机3分 别和蓄电池组5及电机控制器4连接,电动机2输出端设置有变速箱1,变速箱输出能量驱 动电动车行驶。蓄电池组中的每个电池均设置有高速电子开关,电池通过高速电子开关和 储能器7连接,高速电子开关和均衡器6连接并且受均衡器控制。
[0010] 正常情况下,蓄电池组通过充电机连接电源充电即可。
[0011] 如果电池电量不足情况,燃油发电机可以向控制器供电,另外在行驶远程时或者 忘记充电时发电机可以及时补充蓄电池组电能。
