Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种环己酮氨肟化反应器,它包括装设有搅拌器的反应罐罐体,罐体内装设有膜过滤器,底部装设有液氨蒸发盘管,盘管出口端连接有分布器。膜过滤器包括环形排列在罐体内的管状不锈钢过滤膜和与各管状不锈钢过滤膜连接的环状渗透液集液管,环状渗透液集液管入口接各过滤膜渗透侧顶部出口,环状渗透液集液管出口接罐体顶部环己酮肟产品出口,各不锈钢过滤膜通过支架与罐体固连。本实用新型省去了外置膜过滤器和反冲系统,缩短了工艺流程,减少了动静设备,既省去了反应热用冷却介质进行冷却,又将热水加热用于溴化锂制取冷冻水,巧妙利用了氨肟化工业装置的能源平衡,使能耗大幅降低,比现有10万吨的氨肟化工业装置每年可节约近2千万元。

Description

一种环己酮氨肟化反应器
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种制备环己酮肟的氨肟化反应设备。
背景技术
环己酮肟是制备己内酰胺的重要中间体。目前世界上制备环己酮肟的方法主要有拉西法(HSO)、一氧化氮法(NO法)、磷酸羟胺法(HPO法)及氨肟化法(HAO法)。其中HSO法、NO法工艺复杂且副产低价值的硫铵;HPO法虽然不副产硫铵,但工艺过程要求精细,操作难度大,且有NOx产生,存在环保难题。唯有氨肟化法克服了上述三方面的问题,制备方法简单、不副产硫铵、无环保难题,因此近年来颇受己内酰胺行业的青睐。
氨肟化法制备环己酮肟最先由意大利埃尼公司发明,并首先在意大利建立年产1万吨的氨肟化试验装置,2003年在日本建立年产8万吨的氨肟化工业装置,国内也分别建成了年产7万吨和年产10万吨的氨肟化工业装置。
从目前国内建成的氨肟化工业装置运行情况看,均存在一些问题。如氨肟化反应后,反应产物需输送到过滤器中进行环己酮肟与催化剂的分离,而且过滤器需要定期反冲再生;由于氨肟化反应是放热反应,反应热不能充分利用,在分离过程中造成很大浪费。由此可见,目前氨肟化反应分离设备具有分离过程复杂、反应热利用不合理等弊端。
综上所述,为解决己内酰胺生产过程氨肟化工序中的种种难题,节约能源,降低生产成本,对氨肟化工业装置进行改进,是降低己内酰胺生产成本急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种反应产物与催化剂分离的耦合技术,并将工艺进行巧妙组合,使反应装置的能源利用更加合理。
为实现本实用新型目的,这种制备环己酮肟的氨肟化反应器包括装设有搅拌器的反应罐罐体,其特征在于所述罐体内装设有膜过滤器,罐体内底部装设有液氨蒸发盘管,盘管出口端连接有分布器。
所述膜过滤器包括环形排列在罐体内的管状不锈钢过滤膜和与各管状不锈钢过滤膜连接的环状渗透液集液管,环状渗透液集液管入口接各过滤膜渗透侧顶部出口,环状渗透液集液管出口接罐体顶部环己酮肟产品出口,各不锈钢过滤膜通过支架与罐体固连。
所述分布器为环管结构,其内侧周边均布有气体分布孔。
本实用新型的工艺过程是:
a.在TS-1分子筛催化剂和叔丁醇溶剂存在下,将环己酮与H2O2、氨进行氨肟化反应,本实用新型即氨肟化反应器内周边均匀布置孔径0.1~0.5μm的不锈钢膜过滤器,以实现反应产物环己酮肟与催化剂的分离;
b.氨肟化反应是一个放热反应,反应热绝大部分通过70℃热水外循环冷却器带走,其余热量通过反应物料液氨在气化过程中带走。另外,外夹套作为一个补充手段用以控制反应开工及反应过程中的热量移送需要;
c.70℃的热水带走的热量作为溴化锂制冷的热源制取7~10℃的冷冻水。
本实用新型所取的技术进步:
(1)本实用新型将氨肟化反应和反应产物与催化剂的分离两个过程耦合在一个反应器内,省去了外置过滤器和反冲系统,不仅缩短了工艺流程,而且减少了动静设备,节约投资近2000万元,同时使能耗大幅降低。
(2)本实用新型可使氨肟化反应热被充分利用,一是用反应热进行液氨蒸发,不仅省去了蒸发用热,还节约了部分反应热移走所用冷却介质,巧妙利用了氨肟化工业装置的能源平衡;二是用反应热加热70℃热水,既省去了现有技术反应热用冷却介质进行冷却,又将70℃热水加热至80℃以上用于溴化锂制取冷冻水,省却了用蒸汽提供热源进行溴化锂制冷。由于冷热双向节约,比现有10万吨的氨肟化工业装置每年可节约能源折合人民币近2000万元。

具体实施方式
下面以附图为实施例对本实用新型进一步描述。
如图1所示,这种环己酮氨肟化反应器它包括装设有搅拌器6的反应罐罐体1,所述罐体1内装设有膜过滤器,该膜过滤器包括环形排列在罐体1内的管状不锈钢过滤膜4和与各管状不锈钢过滤膜4连接的环状渗透液集液管5,环状渗透液集液管5入口接各过滤膜4渗透侧顶部出口,环状渗透液集液管5出口接罐体1顶部环己酮肟产品出口7,各不锈钢过滤膜4通过支架与罐体1固连,罐体1内底部装设有液氨蒸发盘管2,蒸发盘管2出口端连接分布器3,该分布器3为一环管结构,其内侧周边均布有气体分布孔8。
本实用新型工作过程为:
a.在外型为球形的TS-1分子筛催化剂和叔丁醇(TBA)溶剂存在下,氨、双氧水和环己酮于80℃~90℃、0.4~0.5Mpa下进行氨肟化反应,其中氨为液氨进料,液氨经过滤器过滤掉油水后,首先进入反应器底部的液氨蒸发盘管2,并在此气化,移走部分反应热,然后通过分布器3的气体分布孔8进入反应器;
b.用70℃热水通过外循环冷却器冷却反应系统的物料,使反应器溶液控制在85℃左右,70℃热水升至80℃左右;
c.用80℃热水作为热水单效溴化锂吸收式制冷的热源,制取7~10℃的冷冻水。
本实用新型为蒸汽/冷却水双用外夹套式结构,用于启动时蒸汽加热和反应过程中冷却水辅助取热。

1.一种环己酮氨肟化反应器,它包括装设有搅拌器的反应罐罐体,其特征在于所述罐体内装设有膜过滤器,罐体内底部装设有液氨蒸发盘管,盘管出口端连接有分布器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环己酮氨肟化反应器,其特征在于所述膜过滤器包括环形排列在罐体内的管状不锈钢过滤膜和与各管状不锈钢过滤膜连接的环状渗透液集液管,环状渗透液集液管入口接各过滤膜渗透侧顶部出口,环状渗透液集液管出口接罐体顶部环己酮肟产品出口,各不锈钢过滤膜通过支架与罐体固连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环己酮氨肟化反应器,其特征在于所述分布器为环管结构,其内侧周边均布有气体分布孔。
