背景技术
现有广播电缆由于结构及用材方面的原因使其在阻燃、防白蚁、环保性能方面存在一些不足,使用中易遭损坏,影响正常工作。
发明内容
为了克服现有广播电缆存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种阻燃防白蚁环保型广播电缆。
本实用新型提供的阻燃防白蚁环保型广播电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有由导体外包覆绝缘层的导线构成的导线组,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有缆芯包带层、屏蔽层、包带层、内衬层、铠装层。
为使本实用新型具有良好的接地性能,在屏蔽层设置排流线。
本实用新型的导线的绝缘层、内衬层和外护层采用低烟无卤阻燃的聚烯烃材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:能有效防止白蚁的损害,环保、阻燃性能好,遇火不易燃烧、发烟量少、不产生含卤有毒气体,减少对环境的污染。

参照图1,将数根铜导体3外包覆低烟无卤阻燃的聚烯烃绝缘层2的导线1绞合制成缆芯6,在缆芯6外包覆缆芯包带层4,再设置排流线5,然后包覆屏蔽层7,屏蔽层7为复合结构:先采用铝塑复合带或纯铝带或纯铜带纵包,再采用双层钢带绕包或单层钢带纵包。在屏蔽层7外依次包覆包带层8、低烟无卤阻燃的聚烯烃内衬层9、钢带制作的铠装层10、低烟无卤阻燃的聚烯烃外护套11。这样,就制成了本实用新型。

1.一种阻燃防白蚁环保型广播电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有由导体外包覆绝缘层的导线构成的导线组,其特征在于在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有缆芯包带层、屏蔽层、包带层、内衬层、铠装层。
2.按权利要求1所述的阻燃防白蚁环保型广播电缆,其特征在于在屏蔽层设有排流线。
