Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种工业通风设备。
背景技术
组合式通风器是安装在工业厂房屋顶上面的通风装置，位置在20-100m高度不等，通风器的安装属于高空作业。传动轴依靠联轴器和减速机输出轴连接，在安装过程中，联轴器的传动法兰与减速机法兰保持同心，其两法兰盘之间加橡胶垫。同时法兰盘的4个螺栓孔也要一致，以便螺栓通过固定。此装置复杂，生产成本高，不易操作及维护。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型组合式通风器十字联轴器，以解决现有技术结构复杂，生产成本高，不易操作及装拆维护等问题。
本实用新型解决其现有技术问题所采用的技术是将联轴器传动法兰、减速机法兰和橡胶垫圈整合为一个轴套，轴套为一体的不同径圆筒式结构，一端连接减速机输出轴，一端连接传动轴，螺栓定位，构成十字联轴器。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是简化了设备，降低了生产成本，提高了生产及安装效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示：本实用新型是将原联轴器传动法兰、减速机法兰和橡胶垫圈整合为一个轴套2，轴套为一体的不同径圆筒式结构，一端连接减速机输出轴4，一端连接传动轴1，螺栓3定位。减速机与现有技术相同。轴套与减速机连接的一端，与输出轴配套制作。另一端在制作时内径应比传动轴外径大4mm。传动轴在相应位置打通孔，孔径应比轴套上螺栓孔大4mm，这样在连接传动时，轴套2与传动轴1构成了十字联轴器。
安装时将轴套一端安装在减速机输出轴，另一端安装在传动轴，在传动轴上打通孔，用螺栓3固定。
