背景技术
目前导轮越来越广泛的应用在钢帘线的生产过程中，现有导轮一般由带凹槽的实心轮体与轮轴组成，这种结构的导轮在制造的过程中成本很高，在使用的过程中由于实心轮体上的凹槽设计过于简单，在不同钢帘线的生产中需要经常进行更换，严重的影响了生产效率，增加了工人的劳动强度。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种导轮。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种导轮，由轮体、u形凹槽、轮体槽、轮轴组成，在轮体的外环中部设有u形凹槽，轮体的两外侧面上制有轮体槽，轮体的中部为轮轴。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，u形凹槽可适合不同粗细的钢帘线生产需求，减少制造材料使用，降低成本，提高生产效率，减轻工人的劳动强度。
