[0002] 道路照明灯是使用时间最长而且耗电最大的灯。目前路灯大量采用的高压钠灯, 效率比明视觉条件测量效率要低30 %。高压钠灯整体上光效低的缺点造成了能源的巨大浪 费。目前,LED照明技术日趋成熟,大功率LED光源功效已经达到801m/W以上,这使得道路 照明灯照明节能改造成为可能。LED路灯,特别是大功率LED路灯,正以迅猛的速度冲击传 统的路灯市场。LED路灯的光衰小,一年的光衰不到3%,使用10年仍能达到道路使用照度 要求,而高压钠灯光衰大,一年左右下降30%以上,因此,LED路灯在使用功率的设计上可 以比高压钠灯低。LED的光源效率目前已达1001m/W,而且还有很大的发展空间,理论值达 2501m/W。而高压钠灯的发光效率是随功率增加才有所增加,因此,总体光效LED路灯比高 压钠灯强;LED路灯的光显色性比高压钠灯高许多,高压钠灯显色指数只有23左右,而LED 路灯显色指数达到75以上,从视觉心理角度考虑,达到同等亮度,LED路灯的光照度平均可 以比高压钠灯降低20%以上,(参照英国道理照明标准)。

[0008] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种由太阳能供电的LED半导 体光源道路照明灯,具有一个由太阳能电池板组、太阳能控制器、蓄电池组成的太阳能供电装置,其特征在于,太阳能电池板是以阵列方式安装在路灯灯帽的表面,太阳能电池板将太 阳的辐射能量转换为电能送往所述蓄电池中存储起来,在灯帽2上端安装有电路连接LED 半导体光源的太阳能控制器。

[0010] 安装简便:无需加埋电缆无需整流器等,直接将路灯灯头安装于灯杆或者将光源 嵌套原有灯壳。每颗LED都有单独过流保护,无需担心损坏。光色均勻,不加透镜,不以提 高亮度而牺牲均勻光色,从而保证无光圈光色均勻。
[0011] 符合道路照度。16米远的最低光强4LUX,重叠光强约6LUX。能够将LED路灯的光 照射到所需照明的区域。
[0012] LED灯是采用普通高亮特制的LED制作的,采用密集性按照合理的比例排列成路 灯发光体,由于其体积小,功率小发热也小,同样功率也小,配上合理的电路,避免了由于高 温而造成功耗上升过早衰减,将大大减轻了城市的电力能源紧缺,节约了能源。
[0013] 节省电能。LED灯有自动控制节能装置,能实现在满足不同时段照明要求情况下最 大可能的降低功率,每个单元LED小片只有很小体积,可以制备成各种形状的器件,并且适 合于易变的环境。
[0014] 寿命长:光效提升空间大,每个耗电五、六十瓦的LED灯可以连续使用10年。能使 用5万小时以上。光效高:采用彡100LM以上的芯片,相对于传统高压钠灯能节能75%以 上。由此来代替耗电120瓦且使用寿命只有两年的灯泡,这使阿恩阿波尔市的公共照明能 耗减半,每年的温室效应气体排放减少2425吨,这相当于400辆汽车上路一年排放的尾气 数量。由太阳能供电装置供电的LED光源路灯,太阳能电池寿命长,只要太阳存在,就可以 一次投资而长期使用;与火力发电、核能发电相比,太阳能电池不会引起环境污染;太阳能 电池可以大中小并举。
[0015] 安装维护简便,无多余配线,无需加埋电缆,无需整流器,不需要经常进行更换。尤 其可以分散地在边远地区、高山、沙漠、海岛和农村使用和城市道路照明,以节省造价很贵 的输电线路。在铺设成本、耗电成本及寿命方面均大大优于高压钠灯。
[0016] LED光源具有绿色环保特性,LED光源系统易维护,总体运行成本低,产品品质高。 不含汞等重金属,更方便回收。LED光源系统易维护,总体运行成本低。以上诸多优点,使 得LED路灯的市场前景被广泛看好。LED路灯的光源采用低压直流供电、由GaN基功率型蓝 光LED与黄色荧光粉合成的高效白光二极管,具有高效、安全、节能、环保、寿命长、响应速 度快、显色指数高等独特优点。

具体实施方式

[0021] 参阅图1〜图3。太阳能电池组件(单晶、多晶)是通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接把光能转化成电能的装置。太阳能供电装置由太阳能电池板组、太阳能控制器、蓄电池 (组)组成。太阳能电池板是以硅为基底的硅薄膜式太阳能电池。可以以阵列方式安装在 图2所示的灯帽2的表面。硅薄膜式太阳能电池板电池阵列按图3所示的子午线配光曲线 排列。选用锥形灯帽2,可使太阳光可以从任意角度投射到电池板上,把太阳的光能直接转 化为电能。即使在最严酷的环境中也能获得足够的光线,将太阳的辐射能力转换为电能,或 送往蓄电池中存储起来。在灯帽2上端固联有一个防水控制盒,控制盒安装有太阳能控制 器,通过它可以十分方便地与LED半导体光源的电路连接。
[0022] 控制整个系统的工作状态,并对蓄电池起到过充电保护、过放电保护作用的太阳 能控制器,其内设有光控开关、时控开关。锥形灯帽2外缘活动连接在转轴支架3的两端, 转轴支架3的下端两侧活动固定在蓄电池盒4的两侧。蓄电池盒4的两侧制有供转轴支架 3转动至水平位置是的水平止挡。蓄电池盒4的的下端制有可以直接将路灯灯头安装在灯 杆上的安装座5。
[0023] 位于转轴支架3下方蓄电池室4内的蓄电池(组)可以是免维护铅酸蓄电池组, 也可用镍氢电池、镍镉电池或锂电池。其作用是在有光照时,通过太阳能充放电处理器,将 太阳能电池板所发出的电能储存起来,到需要的时候再释放出来。在白天,当阳光照射在薄 膜式太阳能电池板阵列上时转换成电能,通过LED驱动电路直接将输出的12VDC、24VDC或 48VDC光伏电流送到可充电的蓄电池充电。在夜间,即光照停止后,光控开关、时控开关自动 关闭,则由蓄电池充放将蓄电池存储的电能供电给LED半导体光源。
[0024] LED半导体光源可以是超高亮度发光二极管新型光源。该发光二极管可以是至少 1W白光LED,并以点阵的形式布局在上述灯帽2的反射内壁上,使点光源变为发光均勻的面 光源,。
[0025] 选定每天日照时数T(H)。太阳能电池阵列负载24h消耗容量P = H/V,式中:V_负 载额定电源。太阳能阵列工作电流IP= P(1+Q)T,Q-按阴雨期富余系数,Q = 0.21〜1.00。 蓄电池浮充电压VF:镉镍(GN)和铅酸(CS)蓄电池的单体浮充电压分别为1.4〜1.6V和 2. 2V。太阳能电池阵列工作电压VP = VF+VD+VT,其中VD = 0. 5〜0. 7,约等于VF,平板式 太阳能电板的太阳电池阵列输出功率WP = IPXUP。根据VP、WP在硅电池平板组合系列表 格,确定标准规格的串联块数和并联组数。
[0026] 本实用新型做成的路灯可以是带导光体的太阳能庭院灯,带广告灯箱的太阳能路 灯、太阳能休闲亭灯,固定式太阳能草坪灯。

- 一种由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,具有一个由太阳能电池板组、太阳能控制器、蓄电池组成的太阳能供电装置,其特征在于,太阳能电池板是以阵列方式安装在路灯灯帽(2)的表面,太阳能电池板将太阳的辐射能量转换为电能送往所述蓄电池中存储起来,在灯帽(2)上端安装有电路连接LED半导体光源的太阳能控制器。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,其特征在于,所述 的太阳能控制器安装在防水控制盒内。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,其特征在于,以硅 为基底的硅薄膜式太阳能电池板按子午线配光曲线排列在锥形灯帽(2)的表面上。
- 4.如权利要求1所述的由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,其特征在于,太阳 能控制器内设有光控开关、时控开关。
- 5.如权利要求1所述的由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,其特征在于,锥形 灯帽(2)外缘活动连接在转轴支架(3)的两端,转轴支架(3)的下端两侧活动固定在蓄电 池盒(4)的两侧。
- 6.如权利要求1所述的由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,其特征在于,蓄电 池盒(4)的下端制有直接将路灯灯头安装在灯杆上的安装座(5)。
- 7.如权利要求6所述的由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,其特征在于,蓄电 池盒(4)的两侧制有供转轴支架(3)转动至水平位置是的水平止挡。
- 8.如权利要求1所述的由太阳能供电的LED半导体光源道路照明灯,其特征在于,位于 转轴支架(3)下方蓄电池盒(4)内的蓄电池(组)是免维护铅酸蓄电池组,也可用镍氢电 池、镍镉电池或锂电池。
