一种锂离子电池注液设备,属于电池注液装置,由加液桶、电动阀、注液箱、真空箱、管系和PLC控制中心组成,在支架的上面真空箱(7)内支撑注液箱(6),在真空箱的两边安装IV号电动阀(5)和V号电动阀(8),在注液箱(6)的下方通过管系(9)连接加液桶(1),在管系(9)上有III号电动阀(10),在加液桶(1)上安装I号电动阀(2)、II号电动阀(4),电池注液设备上有PLC控制中心(3),本实用新型可把电池先放入真空箱中抽真空,当真空度达到工艺要求后,再自动把电解液放入真空箱中,放入量自动控制,经泄压后,一次性进入电池中的电解液量达到工艺要求,该设备结构简单,能实现自动化控制,生产效率高,适用于锂离子电池注液。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及电池注液装置,特别是一种锂离子电池注液设备。
背景技术:现有技术中锂离子电池在注液时,电解液与电池同时放入真空箱中,抽真空而导致电池中空气抽不净工艺,原注液设备生产效率低下,注液量达不到工艺要求,导致每批次锂离子电池容量不一致,质量不稳定。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种锂离子电池注液设备,利用该设备,可实现全自动化控制,解决了因人工操作而导致的电池容量不一致问题,放入量自动控制,经泄压后,一次性进入电池中的电解液量达到工艺要求并提高了生产效率。
本实用新型的构成:由加液桶、电动阀、注液箱、真空箱、管系和PLC控制中心组成,在支架的上面真空箱内支撑注液箱,在真空箱的两边安装IV号电动阀和V号电动阀,在注液箱的下方通过管系连接加液桶,在管系上有III号电动阀,在加液桶上安装I号电动阀、II号电动阀,电池注液设备上有PLC控制中心。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型改原锂离子电池在注液时电解液与电池同时放入真空箱中抽真空而导致电池中空气抽不净工艺,而采用该设备,可把电池先放入真空箱中抽真空,当真空度达到工艺要求后,再自动把电解液放入真空箱中,放入量自动控制,经泄压后,一次性进入电池中的电解液量达到工艺要求。
该设备结构简单,在原设备的基础上经改造而成,且实现了全自动化控制,解决了因人工操作而导致的电池容量不一致问题。该设备生产效率高,减少电解液的工艺浪费。

具体实施方式:如图1、图2所示,由加液桶、电动阀、注液箱、真空箱、管系和PLC控制中心组成,在支架的上面真空箱7内支撑注液箱6,在真空箱的两边安装IV号电动阀5和V号电动阀8,在注液箱6的下方通过管系9连接加液桶1,在管系9上有III号电动阀10,在加液桶1上安装I号电动阀2、II号电动阀4,电池注液设备上有PLC控制中心3。

1.一种锂离子电池注液设备,由加液桶、电动阀、注液箱、真空箱、管系和PLC控制中心组成,其特征在于:在支架的上面真空箱(7)内支撑注液箱(6),在真空箱的两边安装IV号电动阀(5)和V号电动阀(8),在注液箱(6)的下方通过管系(9)连接加液桶(1),在管系(9)上有III号电动阀(10),在加液桶(1)上安装I号电动阀(2)、II号电动阀(4),电池注液设备上有PLC控制中心(3)。
