中药药材在制成饮片的时候，首先要将药材切成薄片，通常由于药材的材质很坚硬，不容易切片，为了使这些坚硬的药材便于切片，一般采用浸泡或蒸煮的办法，但蒸煮过程中需要有气体的流进与输出，而在输出过程时一般是直接排出，而且速度过快，从而会带走一定的能量，从而造成了能源的浪费，增加了成本，影响了经济效益。

本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足，提供了一种气体管道出口装置，解决了中药材质软化蒸煮过程中，输出气体直接快速排出，散热快，从而造成了能源的浪费等问题。

一种排气管道出口装置，包括有管体，所述管体设有进气口和出气口，其特征在于：所述管体的出气口固定安装有喇叭形排气罩，所述排气罩上端设有缺口，所述缺口中插入活动挡板，所述活动挡板一端挡住管体出口端，活动挡板另一端伸出。
所述的管体的出气口处固定安装有喇叭形排气罩，可减缓蒸汽出口附近的空气流动，从而减少了热量的散失，而且活动挡板的安装，在蒸煮时拉出活动挡板，蒸煮快结束时，关闭进气阀，然后可推进活动挡板进行保温，软化效果更好。

一种排气管道出口装置，包括有管体1，所述管体1设有进气口和出气口，所述管体1的进气口连接于蒸箱出气口上，所述管体1的出气口固定安装有喇叭形排气罩2，所述排气罩2上端设有缺口3，所述缺口3中插入活动挡板4，所述活动挡板4一端挡住管体1出口端，活动挡板4另一端伸出；使用过程中时，只需将活动挡板在蒸煮开始时拉出，在蒸煮快结束时，关闭进气阀的同时推进活动挡板进行保温。
