Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型黄油枪，包括黄油容置腔、出油头部和柱塞泵手柄，所述出油头部上设有柱塞泵、油嘴、油嘴单向阀和排气孔道，在排气孔道设在位于出油头部内的入油孔上方，所述排气孔道上端设有按压式排气系统。本实用新型的有益效果是：排气效果好，由于排气孔道设计在入油孔的上方，在打油过程中黄油需从排气孔道下方经过，故在打油过程中就能很容易得将黄油枪内的空气排出，只需轻按排气阀门即可，这样可达到更佳的打油效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种五金润滑工具，尤其是一种内部灌装有黄油的用于对五金工件、工具进行润滑的黄油枪。
背景技术
现在用于机器润滑的工具黄油枪所使用的黄油通常有两种：一种为桶装式，另一种为散装式。相比较而言，桶装式黄油由于价格较为低廉而被广泛使用，但是在使用散装黄油途中一般很容易混合空气一起吸进油枪筒内。而导致抽油时经常会出现因空气团积而打不出油的现象，所以黄油枪头部一般设计有排气孔。但由于现有黄油枪的排气孔5一般设计在入油孔6两侧，而且相距入油孔6比较远(如图1)，所以不能根本解决排气的问题。因为黄油为半固体的材料，所以空气团积为气泡状态，如果气泡过大而且不在排气孔侧就不能顺利的把空气排出黄油枪外，所以经常因排不了气而影响黄油枪的使用效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中的问题，提供一种排气效果好，使用方便的新型黄油枪。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种新型黄油枪，包括黄油容置腔、出油头部和柱塞泵手柄，所述出油头部上设有柱塞泵、油嘴、油嘴单向阀和排气孔道，在排气孔道设在位于出油头部内的入油孔上方，所述排气孔道上端设有按压式排气系统。
所述按压式排气系统包括一个设置在出油头部上的阀门座，设置在阀门座内的阀门，以及固连在所述阀门下方的弹簧。
本实用新型的有益效果是：排气效果好，由于排气孔道设计在入油孔的上方，在打油过程中黄油需从排气孔道下方经过，故在打油过程中就能很容易得将黄油枪内的空气排出，只需轻按排气阀门即可，这样可达到更佳的打油效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图2、3所示，本实用新型一种新型黄油枪，包括黄油容置腔1、出油头部2和柱塞泵手柄3，所述出油头部2上设有柱塞泵、油嘴21、油嘴单向阀22和排气孔道23，在排气孔道23设在位于出油头部2内的入油孔24上方，所述排气孔道23上端设有按压式排气系统。
所述按压式排气系统25包括一个设置在出油头部上的阀门座251，设置在阀门座251内的阀门252，以及固连在所述阀门下方的弹簧253。
使用时，手压柱塞泵手柄向前移动，黄油推开有钢球和弹簧组成的单向阀，从油嘴挤出，在此过程中黄油从排气孔道下方经过，只需轻按排气阀门即可将黄油枪中的空气排出，用以达到更好的打油效果。

1.一种新型黄油枪，其特征是：包括黄油容置腔、出油头部和柱塞泵手柄，所述出油头部上设有柱塞泵、油嘴、油嘴单向阀和排气孔道，在排气孔道设在位于出油头部内的入油孔上方，所述排气孔道上端设有按压式排气系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄油枪，其特征是：所述按压式排气系统包括一个设置在出油头部上的阀门座，设置在阀门座内的阀门，以及固连在所述阀门下方的弹簧。
