背景技术：
目前，盛装垃圾的垃圾桶是每个家庭必备的用品，有些家庭直接把垃圾装在垃圾桶里，倾倒垃圾时把垃圾桶拿到室外，但是对于居住高层的居民来说，不但不方便，而且垃圾都粘在垃圾桶上很不卫生；大部分家庭采用将塑料袋套在垃圾桶内的方式，倾倒垃圾时只要把垃圾袋拿下扔掉即可，但是由于套在垃圾桶内的塑料袋不能很好地固定，在装上垃圾后总会滑落桶底，造成垃圾都粘在垃圾桶上很不卫生。

为了克服背景技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种卫生垃圾桶，该垃圾桶能够将塑料袋全方位固定，保持垃圾桶卫生清洁。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该卫生垃圾桶包括桶体，桶体的上沿扣有环形压圈，桶体的两侧分别对称固定有一组挂钩，桶体的中上部均布有孔。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：由于采取上述方案，桶体的上沿扣有环形压圈，将方便袋的上口压在垃圾桶的上沿了，将方便袋稳稳的固定在垃圾桶上，这样，就防止了垃圾袋滑入桶底，避免垃圾粘到垃圾桶的内壁，卫生且方便。并且，桶体的两侧分别有挂钩，可以将塑料袋的拎手挂在上面，防止重的垃圾将塑料袋坠落在桶内。

由图1所示，该卫生垃圾桶包括桶体1，桶体1衬有塑料袋后，塑料袋的上口压在桶体1的上沿，然后桶体1的上沿扣有环形压圈3，环形压圈3将塑料袋固定在垃圾桶内，塑料袋将垃圾桶内壁全封闭，垃圾一点也不会粘到垃圾桶内壁，保持垃圾桶清洁卫生。防止重的垃圾将塑料袋坠落在桶内，桶体1的两侧分别对称固定有一组挂钩2，可以将塑料袋的拎手挂在上面，双重固定防止塑料袋堆在桶内起不装垃圾的作用。桶体1的中上部均布有孔4，孔4一是能节省材料，二能使桶内通风。
