本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由挂钩和衣架组成的双钩衣架，其特征是：在普通衣架的原挂钩处再设置一个开口与之相对的弹性挂钩。使用时，只需将一有弹性的挂钩与另一挂钩之间拉离到一定缝隙时套在晾衣杆后，一放手有弹性的挂钩就反弹恢复到原来的样子挂在晾衣杆上就可以晾衣服了。
本实用新型的有益效果是：价格低廉、使用方便、防风吹落效果好。
