- 一种高效内加热穿流床干燥机,它自下而上依次包括风室(3)、流化段(6)和集气段(8),集气段(8)上部为进料口(9)和出风口(10),风室(3)下部设有出料口(2),在风室(3)上设有至少一个进风口(13),其特征是,所述风室(3)内设有排管式布风装置(12),在流化段(6)内设有换热装置。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的高效内加热穿流床干燥机,其特征是,所述排管式布风装置包 括至少一个布风总管(17),每个布风总管(17)上连接有若干布风分管(18),各布风分管 (18)端部密封,且各布风分管(18)下侧均勻地分布有若干组出风孔;布风总管(17)则与 均风管(19)连接,均风管(19)与进风口(13)连接。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的高效内加热穿流床干燥机,其特征是,所述换热装置为多层内 置换热器(4),内置换热器(4)分为多组水平布置或上下分多层布置。
- 4.如权利要求3所述的高效内加热穿流床干燥机,其特征是,所述内置换热器(4)为呈 U形盘绕的换热管束(14),两端分别与蒸汽集气包(15)和冷凝水集水包(16)连接,蒸汽集 气包(15)与蒸汽进口(5)连接,冷凝水集水包(16)与冷凝水出口(11)连接。
