本实用新型所述的环保节能炉,由灰箱炉体、炉座面组成,其炉体由炉芯座、炉桥、炉芯、炉芯外套、炉外桶、回风圈、挡火圈、圆形烟包组成,其特点在于炉芯6与炉芯外套7之间及炉芯外套7与炉外桶2之间有空隙,形成通风道,在炉芯座3上还设计有可活动调节的风门4;炉芯座的平面板上开有启动助燃通风孔15和再次助燃通风口16,炉芯外套7的上半部均匀分布有通风孔8,构成通风带,其炉桥5的炉箅又分固定炉箅和活动炉箅,因此本实用新型能充分保证上下两个圆周环形带供氧供气,能加大回风速度和燃烧空间的进气量,达到燃烧最大值,使燃料馏化、气化后的可燃气体全部燃烧,达到节能环保的目的。

本实用新型所述的环保节能炉,由灰箱、炉体、炉座面组成,其炉体由炉芯座、炉桥、炉芯、炉芯外套、炉外桶、回风圈、挡火圈、圆形烟包组成,灰箱为一个箱体,炉外桶置于灰箱上,炉芯座固定在炉外桶内壁上,炉芯置于炉芯座上、炉芯外套内,炉芯外套又置于炉外桶内,炉外桶上口安置回风圈,炉外桶上部焊接圆形烟包,烟管接在烟包上,在烟包下面、炉外桶上开有进料口,炉外桶上方安装回风圈,高于回风圈处安装有挡火圈,挡火圈上方为炉桌面,在炉芯座上设计有可活动调节的风门;炉芯座的平面板上开有启动助燃通风孔和再次助燃通风口,炉芯高度低于炉芯外套,且两者之间有空隙,形成供氧通道;炉芯外套的上半部均匀分布有通风孔,构成通风带,且炉芯外套与炉外桶之间的空隙形成又一个供氧通道,从此通道通过的氧气穿过炉芯外套的上半部均匀分布的小孔进入炉芯。

本实用新型由于设计有启动和助燃两个供氧供气通道,充分保证上下两个圆周环形带供氧供气;炉桥下部设计有可调风门及活动炉箅,加大了回风速度和燃烧空间的进气量,达到燃烧最大值,使燃料馏化、气化后的可燃气体全部燃烧,到达节能环保的目的。

本实用新型所述的环保节能炉,由灰箱1、炉体、炉座面10组成,其炉体由炉芯座3、炉桥5、炉芯6、炉芯外套7、炉外桶2、回风圈11、挡火圈13、圆形烟包14组成,灰箱1为一个矩形箱体,炉外桶2置于灰箱1上,炉芯座3固定在炉外桶2内壁上,炉芯6置于炉芯座3上、炉芯外套7内,两者之间有空隙,炉芯外套7又置于炉外桶2内,炉芯外套7与炉外桶2之间也有空隙,炉外桶2上口安置回风圈11,炉外桶2上部10公分处焊接圆形烟包14,烟包由炉外桶2上部10公分、挡火圈、圆圈底和圆周外壁合围而成,烟管9接在烟包14上,在烟包14下面、炉外桶2上开有进料口12,炉外桶2上方安装回风圈11,高于回风圈2公分处安装有挡火圈13,高于挡火圈3公分处为矩形炉桌面10,在炉芯座3上设计有可活动调节的风门4;风门4上固定有一个风门把18,炉芯座的平面板上开有启动助燃通风孔15和再次助燃通风口16,炉芯6高度低于炉芯外套7,且两者之间有空隙,形成供氧通道;炉芯外套7的上半部均匀分布有通风孔8,构成通风带,且炉芯外套7与炉外桶2之间的空隙形成又一个供氧通道,从此通道通过的氧气穿过炉芯外套7的上半部均匀分布的小孔8进入炉芯;本实施例炉桥5的炉箅分固定炉箅和活动炉箅,固定炉箅有3根,活动炉箅有4根。

1.环保节能炉,由灰箱、炉体、炉座面组成,其特征在于炉体由炉芯座、炉桥、炉芯、炉芯外套、炉外桶、回风圈、挡火圈、圆形烟包组成,灰箱为一个箱体,炉外桶置于灰箱上,炉芯座固定在炉外桶内壁上,炉芯置于炉芯座上、炉芯外套内,炉芯外套又置于炉外桶内,炉外桶上口安置回风圈,炉外桶上部焊接圆形烟包,烟管接在烟包上,在烟包下面、炉外桶上开有进料口,炉外桶上方安装回风圈,高于回风圈处安装有挡火圈,挡火圈上方为炉桌面,在炉芯座上设计有可活动调节的风门;炉芯座的平面板上开有启动助燃通风孔和再次助燃通风口,炉芯高度低于炉芯外套,且两者之间有空隙,形成供氧通道;炉芯外套的上半部均匀分布有通风孔,构成通风带,且炉芯外套与炉外桶之间的空隙形成又一个供氧通道,从此通道通过的氧气穿过炉芯外套的上半部均匀分布的小孔进入炉芯。
