背景技术
当今,石油、化工企业规模日益大型化,外导流筒换热器越来越多的被应用,有效地提高了设备的处理能力。但是,由于大弧度导流缺口的存在,内衬筒的整体刚性被削弱,并且沿周向不均匀。在焊接时内衬筒很容易产生变形;同时,由于介质的流速高,对管束的冲击力强,也常使内衬筒产生变形,致使换热器的整体寿命受到影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外导流筒换热器的分流装置,可以使流体介质得到均匀分流,减小对管束的冲击,避免内衬筒产生变形,使换热器的整体寿命延长。
本实用新型的技术方案是内衬筒在导流缺口θ的区域内均匀开设有长方形孔,中间形成栅板,各长方形孔为等弧长分布,长方形孔的长度b与外筒法兰内径D之比为b=0.8-1.2D。
本实用新型的优点是可以使流体分布更为均匀,并可降低对管束的冲击。由于栅板的存在,减少了焊接时内衬筒的变形,对内衬筒保持整体刚性有显著的效果,从而延长换热器的使用寿命。
