本实用新型的解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是一种金属密封的蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、阀座、密封圈、压板,密封圈通过压板安装在蝶板上,与阀座形成密封副,其密封圈为金属O形圈,在O形圈上还有一缺口。
蝶板与密封圈接触的面上还装有调整垫片。
本实用新型的有益效果是加工简单,其过盈量可调且安装方便,密封可靠。
