Abstract

本实用新型涉及到物料输送装置领域，尤其涉及到一种点对点物料输送装置。用于运输生产工件，包括机架，所述的机架上侧设有旋转轨道，于旋转轨道的上侧设有用于装载工件的小车，小车包括物料平台和位于物料平台下侧的轮子，滑行轨道的一端设有用于调整该端位置高低的升降机构。其有益效果是：本实用新型只需将物料放在小车上将可将物料由上一工序A地点输送到下一工序B地点。通过A点和B点重力势能的转换，形成小车的动能来输送物料，减少繁琐的搬动工序，降低生产成本，节省普通运输所需的空间。

本实用新型涉及到物料输送装置领域，尤其涉及到一种点对点物料输送装置。
背景技术
存在着大量物料如食品原料、辅料或废料和成品或半成品及物料载盛器的输送问题，各个生产工厂的输送机械的作用是在一台单机中或一条生产线中将物料按生产工艺的要求从一个工作地点传送到另一个工作地点，有时在传送过程中对物料进行工艺操作。而目前在生产过程中的一般工件重量都很大，因此从上个工序地点搬到下个地点需要增一个搬运工序，浪费时间及额外的工人。
基于现有生产过程中物料搬运方面的不足之处，本发明人研制了本实用新型一种“点对点物料输送装置”。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种点对点物料输送装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种点对点物料输送装置，用于运输生产工件，包括机架，所述的机架上侧设有旋转轨道，于旋转轨道的上侧设有用于装载工件的小车，小车包括物料平台和位于物料平台下侧的轮子，滑行轨道的一端设有用于调整该端位置高低的升降机构。
所述的旋转轨道另一端与机架一侧相轴接，机架上设有作为滑行轨道旋转中心的旋转轴。
所述的旋转轨道另一端也设有用于调整该端位置高低的升降机构。
所述的升降机构为气缸式升降机构。
本实用新型一种点对点物料输送装置的有益效果是：
本实用新型只需将物料放在小车上将可将物料由上一工序A地点输送到下一工序B地点。通过A点和B点重力势能的转换，形成小车的动能来输送物料，减少繁琐的搬动工序，降低生产成本，节省普通运输所需的空间。

在图1至图3中，一种点对点物料输送装置，用于运输生产工件，包括机架10，所述的机架10上侧设有旋转轨道20，于旋转轨道20的上侧设有用于装载工件的小车30，小车30包括物料平台31和位于物料平台31下侧的轮子32，滑行轨道10的一端设有用于调整该端位置高低的升降机构40。
在本实施例中，旋转轨道20另一端与机架10一侧相轴接，机架10上设有作为滑行轨道旋转中心的旋转轴11。所述的升降机构40为气缸式升降机构。
另外在旋转轨道20的另一端也可以设有用于调整该端位置高低的升降机构40。

1.一种点对点物料输送装置，用于运输生产工件，包括机架(10)，其特征在于：所述的机架(10)上侧设有旋转轨道(20)，于旋转轨道(20)的上侧设有用于装载工件的小车(30)，小车(30)包括物料平台(31)和位于物料平台(31)下侧的轮子(32)，滑行轨道(10)的一端设有用于调整该端位置高低的升降机构(40)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点对点物料输送装置，其特征在于所述的旋转轨道(20)另一端与机架(10)一侧相轴接，机架(10)上设有作为滑行轨道旋转中心的旋转轴(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的点对点物料输送装置，其特征在于所述的旋转轨道(20)另一端也设有用于调整该端位置高低的升降机构(40)。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的点对点物料输送装置，其特征在于所述的升降机构(40)为气缸式升降机构。
