在具体使用时，当按下销体8时，球形凸起9与卡扣10相分离，即可打开笔筒，笔筒中的笔呈分散状打开，很容易选取笔筒中的笔，再按下销体8时，球形凸起9与卡扣10相扣合，即可合上笔筒。
