多副绕组开关变压器式大功率电机软起动装置
技术领域:
[0001] 本发明属于电力电子技术领域,具体涉及一种多副绕组开关变压器式大功率电机
软起动装置。
技术背景:
[0002] 目前中高压(1〜35KV)大容量电动机软起动需采用降压起动或软起动方式,用以
减小电机起动时对电网及机械设备产生的冲击。当前常采用的电机起动方式有液体电阻降
压起动方式、可控硅串联软起动方式、高压变频器软起动方式等,以上各种方式各有弊端,
采用液体电阻降压起动方式存在体积大、维护工作量大、控制不准确、重复精度差、受环境
影响大等问题;采用可控硅串联软起动方式存在可靠性低、谐波含量高等缺点;采用变频
软起动方式虽较理想但存在价格昂贵、技术难度大、维护费用高、广泛推广较困难等缺陷。
[0003] 我公司于2001年发明了开关变压器式中高压电动机软起动及调速装置(ZL专利
号01259830. 5),它是对可控硅串联式中高压电动机软起动装置的改进,无需可控硅串联,
具有可靠性高、高次谐波对电源母线影响小、晶闸管触发系统无须隔离等优点,但也具有大
功率电机起动时需将晶闸管并联使用的问题。
[0004] 发明内容及有益效果:
[0005] 本发明在于克服现有起动装置的不足,提供一种可平滑无级宽范围调节大型电机起动电流、电压的软起动装置,降低对电网及机械设备的冲击,且性能客靠、价格低廉、维护方便,晶闸管不需直接并联使用等优点。
[0006] 本发明的技术方案是:包含多副绕组开关变压器TK、晶闸管SCR(或全控型电力电子器件)及控制器(PLC或其它智能控制器)及触发系统等。其特征在于:多副绕组开关变压器副边每个绕组首末端与经晶闸管SCR(或全控型电力电子器件)构成闭合回路,多副绕组开关变压器原边末端接高压电动机M,由控制器(PLC或其它智能控制器)及触发系统对晶闸管进行相位控制。当由它构成软起动系统时,多副绕组开关变压器原边首端经起动开关QF1接电网,运行开关QF2 —端接于电网一端接于高压电动机M。
[0007] 相位控制即控制器(PLC或其它智能控制器)输出一个给定电压加于相位触发板及触发同步单元,相位触发板及触发同步单元控制晶闸管在电源电压的每半个周波内部份时间(控制角)截止其它时间(导通角)导通,改变给定电压即可改变晶闸管的导通时间。当晶闸管截止时,多副绕组开关变压器(副边)开路,多副绕组开关变压器呈空载状态,此时电源电压大部份加在多副绕组开关变压器原边上,电动机(M)端电压很小(相当于电路断开);当晶闸管导通时,多副绕组开关变压器(副边)短路,多副绕组开关变压器呈短路状态,此时多副绕组开关变压器上只呈现其短路阻抗电压,电动机(M)端电压很大(相当于电路接通)。当逐渐加大晶闸管的导通角时,宏覌上的电动机(M)端电压逐渐加大,实现了电动机(M)的软起动。在上述工作过程中,由于晶闸管的控制使多副绕组开关变压器只工作于开、关两种状态,因此我们称这种软起动方式为多副绕组开关变压器式大功率电机软起动。当采用全控型电力电子器件替换晶闸管时需对其进行脉冲宽度调制(P丽)控制。[0008] 多副绕组开关变压器是一种特殊变压器,在结构上与普通变压器有很大不同,副边采用多副绕组用以方便装置容量的拓展且不需要可控硅的直接并联,变压器副边短路这种工作状态过去从未有人用过,本发明打破了变压器不能短路应用的传统习惯、冲破了人们惧怕短路的思想束缚,具有开创性的意义。
[0009] 本发明的优点在于:(1)电机软起动电流在电机全压直起电流的0〜100%范围内
连续可调。(2)电机电压在额定电压的0〜100%范围内连续可调。(3)起动电压、电流的
调节可以采用斜坡式、恒值式、首脉冲等方式,在实际的软起动中,往往采用分级恒流式软
起动,这样可以把起动电流的最大值限制得最低。(4)因起动电流小,故减小了对机械设备
及公共电网的冲击。(5)结构简单、性能价格比高、维护简单、使用方便、控制灵活。由于多
副绕组开关变压器漏抗的滤波作用,高次谐波对电源母线的影响较小,能满足国标要求。与
开关变压器式中高压电动机软起动装置相比,具有适于更大功率应用等优点。
[0010] 当负载的转动惯量很大或电动机的容量很大时,为了满足起动时间的要求,起动
电流最大值往往仍然较大,如果此时电网容量有限则会使电压波动率较大,为了减小电压
波动率可以采取在电源母线上加补偿电容的办法来减小进入电网母线的电流、减小电压波动率。

具体实施方式:
[0013] 图1的实例中,TK是多副绕组开关变压器,SCR1、 SCR2……是晶闸管、QF1是软起动开关、QF2是电动机M的运行开关;TK的1端经软起动开关QF1接于电网,TK的(1_2……n-2)端与(1-3……n-3)端与正反并联的晶闸管构成闭合回路,同时3端接待起动电动机M。电机起动时运行开关QF2断开,而QF1处于合闸状态,控制器(PLC或其它智能控制器)收到QF1合闸后触发晶闸管,此时控制晶闸管的导通角向电机端平滑无级的逐步增加输出电压,电机开始起动并加速。当电机转速接近额定转速或起动电流下降至额定电流的0. 8倍时由控制系统发出QF2合闸指令,当系统收到QF2合闸后延时断开QF1,此时电机并网运行起动结束。
[0014] 图2的实例中除以上描述系统接线方式以外在公共网侧增设无功补偿电容器C经QF3接于电网,此种接线方式是为了给较大容量电机(或负载转动惯量大)起动时提供无功电流,进一步的减小大容量电机起动时对公共电网的电流冲击,此电容的计算根据系统能承受的电动机起动电流计算,起动时可逐级投入,起动结束后可酌情留一定容量的电容器补偿电机运行时的无功电流。

Claims (3)
- 一种多副绕组开关变压器式大功率电机软起动装置,包括三相多副绕组开关变压器(TK)、正反并联的晶闸管(SCR)或全控型电力电子器件、控制器及触发系统,其特征在于多副绕组开关变压器副边的每个绕组经晶闸管(SCR11、SCR21……SCR1n、SCR2n)或全控型电力电子器件与末端构成闭合回路,晶闸管触发同步性由触发同步单元(FD)保证,断路器、多副绕组开关变压器原边及大功率电动机(M)相串联,构成软起动系统时还具有软起动开关(QF1)和运行开关(QF2),软起动开关(QF1)一端接电网一端接多副绕组开关变压器始端,运行开关(QF2)一端接电网一端接高压电动机(M),控制器及触发系统对晶闸管(SCR11、SCR21……SCR1n、SCR2n)或全控型电力电子器件进行相位控制或脉宽调制(PWM)控制即可调节大功率电动机(M)的端电压或电流。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的多副绕组开关变压器式大功率电机软起动装置,其特征在于 控制器及触发系统与电压传感器和/或电流传感器构成闭环控制系统,其控制软件结合具 体设备要求进行选择。
- 3. 根据权利要求1所述的多副绕组开关变压器式大功率电机软起动装置,其特征在于 当负载的转动惯量很大时,可以采取在电源母线上加补偿电容的办法来减小进入电网母线 的电流,以进一步减小电压波动率。
