Abstract
本实用新型提供一种应用于汽车发动机领域的新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,包括消声器进口多孔管(1),隔板(2),消声器壳体(3),消声器出口多孔管(5),消声器前端盖(6),消声器后端盖(7),消声器出口多孔管端部(8),所述的消声器出口多孔管(5)延伸到消声器内的一段的消声器出口多孔管端部(8)设置为内腔截面逐渐变大的结构,所述的消声器出口多孔管端部(8)延伸到隔板(2)与消声器壳体(3)组成的空腔内。采用本实用新型的技术方案:能够提高消声器内部的排水效果,降低消声器腐蚀,延长消声器的使用寿命;提供发动机功率;适用范围广。
Description
一种新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及汽车发动机领域,更具体地说,是涉及汽车发动机排气系统领域。
背景技术
[0002] 汽车发动机工作时,燃料在气缸内燃烧后生成废气排出机外。当发动机工作正常和燃料完全燃烧时,废气中主要有水蒸气(H20)、二氧化碳(C02)和氮气(N2),在冬季或每天早晨,汽车启动后排出的废气中的水蒸气,经排气管到消声器时,遇冷后凝结成液体,留在消声器内。在雨季,则会因为在雨中停放和其他原因,致使雨水或积水倒灌进入消声器内。消声器的排气口由于设计问题, 一般都高于消声器壳体,所以消声器内的积水不能完全流出。现在一般解决消声器内积水的方法主要是在消声器壳体底部打出水孔。这种方法工艺简单,可很好的实现排水的目的,且不影响消声的效果。在消声器壳体底部打出水孔虽然可以实现排水的目的,但是容易引起消声器的腐蚀问题,导致消声器使用寿命縮短,或成本增加。本公司曾针对这一问题提出过用消声器内多孔管前端逐渐靠近筒体底部的方案解决消声器积水问题,这一方案在我公司消声器设计中得到了很好的应用,行之有效,但是因为多孔管前端逐渐靠近筒体底部需要一定的空间,对于较窄的消声器腔体,空间不足,这种结果实现起来较为困难。另外,多孔管前端逐渐靠近筒体底部的结构加工相对复杂。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型是一种新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,其所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种利用消声器内部结构,在发动机工作时,自动排出消声器内部的积水,降低消声器腐蚀,延长消声器寿命的发动机消声器。

[0005] 本实用新型为一种新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,包括消声器进口多孔管,隔
板,消声器壳体,消声器出口多孔管,消声器前端盖,消声器后端盖,消声器出口多孔管端
部,所述的消声器出口多孔管延伸到消声器内的一段的消声器出口多孔管端部设置为内腔
截面逐渐变大的结构,所述的消声器出口多孔管端部延伸到隔板与消声器壳体组成的空腔内。
[0006] 所述的消声器出口多孔管延伸到消声器内的一段的消声器出口多孔管端部的最佳结构是设置为喇叭口结构。
[0007] 所述的喇叭口结构的边沿位置设置为与消声器壳体的内部表面连接的结构。
[0008] 所述的喇叭口结构设置在由隔板和消声器后端盖组成的消声器空腔内。
[0009] 所述的喇叭口结构设置为与消声器出口多孔管一体加工而成的结构。
[0010] 所述的喇叭口结构也可以设置为与消声器出口多孔管分别加工后再焊接到一起
的结构。

[0012] 首先,避免了在消声器壳体上开孔,同时能够提高消声器内部的排水效果,降低消声器腐蚀,延长消声器的使用寿命;
[0013] 其次,这种喇叭口结构可以降低消声器的背压,提高发动机功率;
[0014] 最后,这种喇叭口结构短小,无论消声器腔体多小,都可以安装,且不影响消声器
的消声效率,适用范围广。

在消声器内的液体将会被吸到喇叭口 4,并通过消声器出口多孔管5排消声器。

代,这种喇叭口结构4不受空间尺寸限制,可根据腔体空间调整大小,加工简单,对于任何
结构的消声器都适用。

- 一种新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,包括消声器进口多孔管(1),隔板(2),消声器壳体(3),消声器出口多孔管(5),消声器前端盖(6),消声器后端盖(7),消声器出口多孔管端部(8),其特征在于:所述的消声器出口多孔管(5)延伸到消声器内的一段的消声器出口多孔管端部(8)设置为内腔截面逐渐变大的结构,所述的消声器出口多孔管端部(8)延伸到隔板(2)与消声器壳体(3)组成的空腔内。
- 2. 按照权利要求1所述的新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,其特征在于:所述的消声 器出口多孔管(5)延伸到消声器内的一段的消声器出口多孔管端部(8)的最佳结构是设置 为喇叭口结构(4)。
- 3. 按照权利要求2所述的新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,其特征在于:所述的喇叭 口结构(4)的边沿位置(9)设置为与消声器壳体(3)的内部表面连接的结构。
- 4 .按照权利要求2或3所述的新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,其特征在于:所述的 喇叭口结构(4)设置在由隔板(2)和消声器后端盖(7)组成的消声器空腔内。
- 5. 按照权利要求2或3所述的新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,其特征在于:所述的 喇叭口结构(4)设置为与消声器出口多孔管(5) —体加工而成的结构。
- 6. 按照权利要求2或3所述的新型的自排水汽车发动机消声器,其特征在于:所述的 喇叭口结构(4)也可以设置为与消声器出口多孔管(5)分别加工后再焊接到一起的结构。
