Abstract
一种钢管防渗接头，包括管体及接头、丝套、堵漏胶、注胶口及丝堵和密封垫，其特征在于所述管体及接头由丝套对接在一起，对接处安装有密封垫，丝套与接头之间加入有堵漏胶。本实用新型采用对接处加入密封垫，大大提高密封性能、油壬套与接头处设置的环槽中注入堵漏剂，进一步加强密封性能、防漏堵漏性能强，避免管道渗漏，保护环境免受污染等特点，广泛在各种管道输送工艺中应用。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及钢管连接头，特别涉及一种钢管防渗接头。
二、背景技术
使用油壬连接的管道连接头，其结构为管接头由设有内丝扣的油壬套将管道接头对起在一起，拧紧从而将一根管连接起来。这种连接装置为管道的连接，特别是钢管道的连接作出了贡献，但其同时也存在着如下缺点：①拧紧度不够，易造成漏脱现象；②密封性能较差，容易渗漏，不仅造成管道中物质受到损失，还造成环境污染。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进钢管防渗接头，采用对接处密封垫和油壬套与接头部注入堵漏胶的双重密封结构，既达到管道的密封性能，又有效防止或避免上术现有技术中存在的缺点或不足。
本实用新型所述钢管防渗接头，包括管体及接头、丝套、堵漏胶、注胶口及丝堵和密封垫。所述管体及接头由丝套对接在一起，对接处安装有密封垫，丝套与接头之间加入有堵漏胶。
其中所述接头外表面设有一环形槽，该槽中注满堵漏胶。所述丝套中部设有一注胶口及丝堵，堵漏胶由该注胶口及丝堵处注入。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下优点：
1、对接处加入密封垫，大大提高密封性能；
2、油壬套与接头处设置的环槽中注入堵漏剂，进一步加强密封性能；
3、防漏堵漏性能强，避免管道渗漏，保护环境免受污染。

接头2外表面设有一环形槽，该槽中注满堵漏胶5。丝套3中部设有一注胶口及丝堵4，堵漏胶5由该注胶口及丝堵4处注入。

1.一种钢管防渗接头，包括管体及接头、丝套、堵漏胶、注胶口及丝堵和密封垫，其特征在于所述管体及接头由丝套对接在一起，对接处安装有密封垫，丝套与接头之间加入有堵漏胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢管防渗接头，其特征在于所述接头外表面设有一环形槽，该槽中注满堵漏胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢管防渗接头，其特征在于所述丝套中部设有一注胶口及丝堵，堵漏胶由该注胶口及丝堵处注入。
