技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种生活用品，尤其是一种可升降镜。
背景技术  在日常生活中，人们经常需要使用镜子进行照射、化妆。但是，现在的化妆镜无法调整自身高度，不能根据使用者的需求改变高度，因此对于身材较矮或较高的人们来说，正常位置摆放的化妆镜无法正常发挥作用。为了解决上述问题，我们提供了一种可升降镜。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种可升降镜，用于解决普通化妆台面镜面无法调整高度的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型可升降镜，包括支撑台面以及镜框，在镜框两根竖直支撑杆相向面分别开设滑道，在两条滑道之间插入镜面；沿滑道表面从下至上开设多条横向插口，并在插口处安插托板。
采用上述结构后，使用时，使用者先拔出滑道插口处的托板，然后在滑道间上下滑动调整镜面的位置，位置确定后，使用者再把托板插入镜面底边所对应的滑道插口处，利用托板支撑镜面，避免镜面下滑。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：结构简单、方便实用、工艺合理，可自主调整镜面高度，适合不同身高的人群使用。
