新型石榴红茶加工装置,属于茶叶加工技术领域。本实用新型的技术方案是:包括加热发酵罐和平底炒锅,其特征是在加热发酵罐左侧固定设有揉捻搅拌筒,揉捻搅拌筒上设有萎凋晒青板,平底炒锅右侧设有复揉搅拌筒,复揉搅拌筒侧面设有烘干箱,烘干箱侧面设有筛网。本实用新型结构简单,在制红茶时,发酵快、香气大、无涩味、操作简便、省时省力,减轻了工作人员的工作难度。

技术领域:本实用新型属于茶叶加工技术领域,具体地讲是一种新型石榴红茶加工装置。
背景技术:绿茶、红茶加工都有着悠久的历史,所用的植物原料也是多种多样。其中红茶因产地、植物种类及加工工艺的不同,形成了许多红茶品系,已有的一些红茶品系存在香气不足的现象,为增加红茶的香气在加工时需使用添加剂,增加了加工成本。目前对石榴叶茶的加工,主要按绿茶的加工方法进行,存在明显不足之处:一是石榴叶的多酚含量太高,加工的茶叶口感涩味重、香味不够,不受消费者的欢迎;另一方面,整个制茶过程大都手工操作,十分麻烦、费时费力。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种发酵快、香气大、无涩味、操作简便、省时省力的新型石榴红茶加工装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括加热发酵罐和平底炒锅,其特征是在加热发酵罐左侧固定设有揉捻搅拌筒,揉捻搅拌筒上设有萎凋晒青板,平底炒锅右侧设有复揉搅拌筒,复揉搅拌筒侧面设有烘干箱,烘干箱侧面设有筛网。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,在制红茶时,发酵快、香气大、无涩味、操作简便、省时省力,减轻了工作人员的工作难度。

具体实施方式:包括加热发酵罐1和平底炒锅2,其特征是在加热发酵罐1左侧固定设有揉捻搅拌筒3,揉捻搅拌筒3上设有萎凋晒青板4,平底炒锅2右侧设有复揉搅拌筒5,复揉搅拌筒5侧面设有烘干箱6,烘干箱6侧面设有筛网7。在制红茶时,采摘成熟的肥厚石榴叶片,放在萎凋晒青板4上萎凋,均匀散失鲜叶水分,再倒入揉捻搅拌筒3进行揉捻并静置10分钟,然后倒入加热发酵罐1,保持40摄氏度的条件发酵处理2小时,使叶片红匀,再将平底炒锅2加热至200摄氏度拌炒3分钟,放入复揉搅拌筒5复揉6分钟,挤出更多茶汁并覆于表面,提高茶浓度,然后置于80摄氏度的烘干箱6内将叶片彻底烘干,最后倒在筛网7上过滤精选成品叶片即可。

1.新型石榴红茶加工装置,包括加热发酵罐(1)和平底炒锅(2),其特征是:在加热发酵罐(1)左侧固定设有揉捻搅拌筒(3),揉捻搅拌筒(3)上设有萎凋晒青板(4),平底炒锅(2)右侧设有复揉搅拌筒(5),复揉搅拌筒(5)侧面设有烘干箱(6),烘干箱(6)侧面设有筛网(7)。
