发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本实用新型的目的是设计一种钢背起凹凸模具装置。它的技术方案为:凹模镶件内安装有起凸冲头,凹模中安装有凹模镶件,凹模固定在垫板上,固定板中安装有压窝冲头,压窝冲头穿过聚胺脂弹簧和脱料板,固定板固定在垫板上。该实用新型的优点是:此钢背起凹凸模具结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖,不仅减少的模具制作的数量,降低了模具制作成本,减少了工艺流程,而且有效的提高了工作效率,降低了钢背的加工成本,保证了加工精度。

具体实施方式
凹模镶件1内安装有起凸冲头2,凹模5中安装有凹模镶件1,凹模5固定在垫板4上,固定板9中安装有压窝冲头3,压窝冲头3穿过聚胺脂弹簧8和脱料板7,固定板9固定在垫板10上。按原来的工艺加工出压大凹凹模,并使凹模镶件1与所要压的凹的尺寸一致;加工出凹模镶件1(根据凹的体积计算出镶件的高度);根据凹模镶件1和压窝冲头3加工出起凸冲头2;根据凹和凹凸的尺寸加工出压凹冲头;使用此装置可压凹凸一步成形。
