本实用新型涉及一种硅片承载装置，尤其是硅片清洗脱胶的承载装置。
背景技术
在太阳能电池硅片生产过程中，硅棒通过胶粘在粘机板的玻璃板上，在切割成硅片后，需要预清洗脱胶，使硅片从玻璃板上脱落。在这一生产环节，承载硅片的装置被称为硅片花篮。现在一般的花篮都采用全不锈钢结够，清洗脱胶后，硅片在花篮中易造成碎片、沾污、崩边、缺口，同时操作时间过长。专利200810234365.5公开了一种硅片清洗脱胶夹具，主要采用分隔板夹和限位挡板为清洗后掉落下的硅片限位，来提高硅片的良率。但不能克服下导杆与硅片之间的碰撞，并且夹具调整复杂，对操作者素质要求高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种硅片脱胶花篮，可以减少硅片破损，同时使用操作方便快速，降低操作者劳动强度。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种硅片脱胶花篮，包括上档杆，中档杆，下档杆，端头档杆，缓冲塑料设置在档杆的外表面，上档杆上还设置有V型槽块。
所述的V型槽块在上档杆的位置能够调节。
所述的端头档杆的内侧设置有挡板。
所述的挡板的内侧面上设置有缓冲塑料。
本实用新型提供的花篮，缓冲塑料设置在所有档杆的外表面，清洗脱胶掉下的硅片与缓冲塑料接触，缓冲塑料还能阻挡砂浆从档杆上回流，防止了砂浆对硅片造成的二次污染。再加上，端头档杆的内侧设置有挡板，使硅片更不易滑到、碰撞，有效降低硅片的崩边、缺口，提高良率。上档杆上的V型槽块在长度方向上能够调整，因此这种花篮可以适用于不同长度的粘机板，操作简单快速，降低生产成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型的上档杆1，中档杆2，下档杆3通过端头档杆4围成花篮。缓冲塑料设置在档杆的外表面，该缓冲塑料可以是套在档杆上的塑料软管，也可以是缠绕在档杆上的塑料软片，本领域的技术人员当然也可以采用其它的方式和其它等同物。V型槽块5在上档杆1上的位置能够在长度方向调节，挡板6安装在端头档杆4的内侧，挡板的内侧面上设置有缓冲塑料片或缓冲塑料带，也可以是其它等同物。
开始生产，首先依据粘机板的长短，调节上档杆1上V型槽块5的位置，使粘机板两侧边的销轴正好卡在V型槽中，锁紧V型槽块5。
将粘有切割好硅片的粘机板装入本实用新型的花篮中，使粘机板上的销轴卡在V型槽中，这样就完成了粘机板的安装，即可吊装花篮进入清洗脱胶机中，实施清洗脱胶。
当然，本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例，在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下，熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形，但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。
