Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种垂直轴复合式风轮机,为解决现有垂直轴风轮启动困难,风能利用率低的不足等问题而发明。本实用新型垂直轴复合式风轮机,至少由两上以上的主风叶、与主风叶相适配的连接杆以及连接杆座,在所述的连接杆座中部设有风轮轴轴孔,其中,所述的主风叶通过连接杆与连接杆座固定在一起形成垂直轴风轮机,所述的连接杆的截面为翼形。采用上述结构,连接杆在风轮机中既是风轮机的一部分,也是风轮机中支撑主风叶的部件,其在风轮机中起到了风轮产生动力的作用,使风力发电机的风能利用率得到了提高,同时提高了风轮机材料的利用率,减少了风轮机外型尺寸,使风轮机的结构更加简单。

[0001] 本实用新型是一种垂直轴风力发电机原动机即风轮机。属于风力发电领域。背景技术:
[0002] 目前对于公知风力发电机风轮只有①型垂直轴风轮具有和水平轴三桨叶风轮的效率竞争的能力,但是这种风轮具有启动困难,需外力启动缺点,给这种风力发电机的普及带来了困难。
实用新型内容:
[0003] 为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种风轮启动方便(微风启动)、风能利用率高的垂直轴复合式风轮机。
[0004] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型垂直轴复合式风轮机,至少由两上以上的主风叶、与主风叶相适配的连接杆以及连接杆座,在所述的连接杆座中部设有风轮轴轴孔,其中,所述的主风叶通过连接杆与连接杆座固定在一起形成垂直轴风轮机,其特征在于:所述的连接杆的截面为翼形。
[0005] 优选的,所述的连接杆和连接杆座分为上下两组,所述的主风叶通过上下两组连
接杆按预先设定的角度与上下两个连接杆座固定在一起。
[0006] 优选的,所述连接杆的截面与主风叶的截面相同或基本相同。

[0010] 采用上述结构,连接杆在风轮机中既是风轮机的一部分,也是风轮机中支撑主风叶的部件,其在风轮机中起到了风轮产生动力的作用,使风力发电机的风能利用率得到了提高,同时提高了风轮机材料的利用率,减少了风轮机外型尺寸,使风轮机的结构更加简单。

9或连接杆轴连接在一起,在所述的连接杆轴中部设有风轮轴轴孔8,所述的轴孔内可在内
部设置轴承,以便于安装在风轮轴3上。所述的主风叶通过连接杆8与连接杆座9或连接
杆轴固定在一起形成垂直轴风轮机;其中,上的连接杆的截面为翼形,所述的翼形可以是风
力发电机领域中各种风叶所通常选用的各种翼形截面,也可以为专门设计的翼形截面,其
翼形截面的形状可以根据连接杆的数量、连接杆与风轮轴的交角等因素进行选择或设计。
[0015] 采用翼形连接杆后,连接杆在风轮机中既是风轮机的一部分,也是风轮机中支撑
主风叶的部件,使得连接杆在垂直轴风轮机中起到了风轮产生动力的作用。使风力发电机
的风能利用率得到了提高,同时提高了风轮机材料的利用率,减少了风轮机外型尺寸,使风
轮机的结构更加简单。
[0016] 如图2所示,上述风叶安装座6、连接杆2、安装孔8、连接杆座9是在一个整体上,其主体材料是可采用高强度玻璃纤维或碳纤维与环氧树脂合成的。
[0017] 主风叶1安装在连接杆2的风叶安装座6上,通过螺栓固定。根据风叶的攻角一次成型连接杆2和主风叶1 。当有风通过风力发电机时,复合式风轮通过风轮轴3驱动发电机4发电。
[0018] 显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型的结构进行各种改变而不脱离本实用新型的精神范围。因此如果这些改变属于本实用新型权利要求书及其等同技术范围内,则本实用新型也意图涵盖这些改变。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种垂直轴复合式风轮机,其特征在于:至少由两上以上的主风叶、与主风叶相适配的连接杆以及连接杆座,在所述的连接杆座中部设有风轮轴轴孔,其中,所述的主风叶通过连接杆与连接杆座固定在一起形成垂直轴风轮机,其中,所述的连接杆的截面为翼形。
  2. 2. 根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴复合式风轮机,其特征在于:所述的连接杆和连接杆 座分为上下两组,所述的主风叶通过上下两组连接杆按预先设定的角度与上下两个连接杆 座固定在一起。
  3. 3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的垂直轴复合式风轮机,其特征在于:所述连接杆的截面 与主风叶的截面相同或基本相同。
  4. 4. 一种垂直轴复合式风轮机,其特征在于:至少由两上以上的主风叶、与主风叶相适 配的连接杆以及连接杆轴,在所述的连接杆轴中部设有风轮轴轴孔,其中,所述的主风叶通 过连接杆与连接杆轴固定在一起形成垂直轴风轮机,其中,所述的连接杆的截面为翼形。
  5. 5. 根据权利要求4所述的垂直轴复合式风轮机,其特征在于:所述的连接杆分为上下 两组,所述的主风叶通过上下两组连接杆按预先设定的角度与连接杆轴固定在一起。
  6. 6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的风轮机,其特征在于:所述连接杆的截面与主风叶的截 面相同或基本相同。
