技术领域:本实用新型涉及LED节能照明灯具,特别是一种LED灯散热与配光复合装置。
背景技术:LED功能节能照明是当今世界照明领域的发展方向,它具有高效、节能、长寿命的突出优点。但在实际应用中却常被散热难题所困扰,在已知产品应用中,真正实现无二次散热能耗的低成本、低散热耗材的极少。低成本、低散热耗材同时又具有较合理的配光效率的则更少。因此,必须尽可能消除散热二次能耗,减少散热器耗用材料,提高散热效率、照明效率是应用技术领域中的重要一环。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED灯散热与配光复合装置,它具有内空心气流或液体流通道并配备外扩散叶片的散热装置并配以优良的配光装置的复合装置。
本实用新型的构成:由内散热叶片、铝型材内气液流通道、LED安装及配光综合支持座、铝型材外扩散叶片、造型散热叶片以及安装于综合铝型材上的LED集群、LED安装板、折光板、透光防水盖和密封端盖构成,其特征在于:综合空心铝型材1的空心腔内有各型内散热叶片2及其相应形成的1-30条气液流通道7、综合空心铝型材1的外部有各种型式的平面或齿纹面、波纹面或其他曲面的2-200片外扩散散热叶片8和LED安装及配光综合支持座9,LED集群6以1-10直行或曲行、每行3-300只的形式安装于LED集群安装板10上并引出供电线后再一同安装于LED安装及配光综合支持座9上,紧贴固定后再将平面或曲面或抛物面光线折光板4分别插装于LED安装及配光综合支持座9的卡槽与LED集群安装板10的遮焊板卡边之间,使折光板4形成35°~170°夹角或预定的需要聚光的抛物面夹角,此后再将透光防水盖5卡装于LED安装及配光综合支持座9的另两条卡槽内,然后将其两端用密封端盖11封盖固定。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型具有内空心气流或液体流通道并配备外扩散叶片的散热装置,并配以优良的配光装置的复合装置,能消除散热二次能耗,减少散热器材用材,提高散热效率、照明效率。

具体实施方式:如图所示,挤压拉制成型的具有各型内散热叶片2并形成1-30条气液流通道7的外面有外扩散散热叶片8的带有LED安装及配光综合支持座9并可附加造型散热叶片3的综合空心铝型材1,再将LED集群6安装于LED集群安装板10上并引出供电电源连线后再一同固定于LED安装及配光综合支持座9上,然后插装折光板4于LED安装及配光综合支持座9卡槽和LED集群安装板10卡边之间,并使两折光板4形成35-160度夹角或聚光所需的抛物面夹角,再将U型密封端盖11套于LED安装及配光综合支持座9的两道内槽内再于两端安装并紧固密封端盖11。气流或液体流可以顺利通过其通道7。

1.一种LED灯散热与配光复合装置,由内散热叶片、铝型材内气液流通道、LED安装及配光综合支持座、铝型材外扩散叶片、造型散热叶片以及安装于综合铝型材上的LED集群、LED安装板、折光板、透光防水盖和密封端盖构成,其特征在于:综合空心铝型材(1)的空心腔内有各型内散热叶片(2)及其相应形成的1-30条气液流通道(7)、综合空心铝型材(1)的外部有各种型式的平面或齿纹面、波纹面或其他曲面的2-200片外扩散散热叶片(8)和LED安装及配光综合支持座(9),LED集群(6)以1-10直行或曲行、每行3-300只的形式安装于LED集群安装板(10)上并引出供电线后再一同安装于LED安装及配光综合支持座(9)上,紧贴固定后再将平面或曲面或抛物面光线折光板(4)分别插装于LED安装及配光综合支持座(9)的卡槽与LED集群安装板(10)的遮焊板卡边之间,使折光板(4)形成35°~170°夹角或预定的需要聚光的抛物面夹角,此后再将透光防水盖(5)卡装于LED安装及配光综合支持座(9)的另两条卡槽内,然后将其两端用密封端盖(11)封盖固定。
