技术领域  本实用新型的新型流体输送管材属于水工领域,尤其涉农业节水灌溉中一种输水管材。
背景技术农业节水灌溉工程中水的输送普遍采用塑料管道来完成,主要原因是能够降低工程成本,施工安装也非常方便。在农耕和秋收时节,大量采用机械化的方式进行,为了避免损坏和延长管道的使用寿命,需要收回和储藏起来,早期主要使用壁厚为3-5(mm)的厚壁PE管材,为了降低成本,方便拆卸、安装、运输和储藏,现在则主要采用壁厚在0.8-2(mm)之间的薄壁PE管材作为系统的支管。使用时,直接在管材上打一个孔,插入和孔相适应的带有倒刺的中空的承插管件,管件的另一端连接滴灌带或滴灌管。这种连接方式,当管道中的压力较大时,对于3-5(mm)的厚壁PE管材不是问题,但对于壁厚在0.8-2(mm)之间的薄壁PE管材,带有倒刺的管件就会拔脱出来,造成灌溉失败。本实用新型的新型流体输送管材则可以克服以上的不足。
发明内容  本实用新型的新型流体输送管材的目的是通过在管材圆周方向对局部的地方的壁厚进行加厚,使承插管件在此部位插入,即使流体压力较大也不会被拔脱出来,因为是局部加厚,所以每米管材的重量远远低于全部加厚的管材,每米管材的用料大大的减少,降低了节水灌溉的成本。
本实用新型是这样实现的:使管材的局部壁厚大于其他部分的壁厚,打孔的位置在这个局部加厚的地方,带有倒刺的承插管件从这个空中插入,即使水压较大,承插管件也不会拔脱出来,还加强了管材的纵向强度,因为是局部加厚,所以每米管材的重量远远低于全部加厚的管材。
由于采用了上述方案,灌溉系统的可靠性增强,降低了节水灌溉的成本。

具体实施方式  实施例:如图1所示,管材(1)在A位置的壁厚比其他地方要厚一些,需要插入承插管件(2)的孔就打在这个地方,然后把承插管件插入这个孔中,实现了可靠输水的目的。局部加厚的数量可以是一个,根据需要,局部加厚的数量也可以是一个以上。
