- 一种具有内循环结构的管道屏蔽电泵,由泵体和泵体连接的屏蔽电机组成;所述屏蔽电机包括外圈定子组件和外圈转子组件,所述定子上套有定子屏蔽套,所述转子上套有转子屏蔽套,定子屏蔽套与转子屏蔽套之间具有间隙,所述转子组件中的轴具有通孔,所述转子组件的两端设有上下两个轴套,在转子轴套的外侧设置有上下两个石墨轴承,在石墨轴承的外侧设置有上下轴承座,上轴承座有一内腔,下轴承座有一过液槽;所述泵体包括泵体进口、泵体出口和与泵体进口、泵体出口相通的叶轮室,所述的叶轮室具有由屏蔽电机驱动的叶轮,叶轮室具有一叶轮进口和一叶轮出口,叶轮根部具有一叶轮平衡孔,叶轮背面具有一叶轮背口环,下轴承座与叶轮背口环之间有一腔体;其特征在于;所述转子轴贯设有循环通孔,该循环通孔的一端连通叶轮进口,另一端连通上轴承座的内腔;所述上、下石墨轴承上分别设有槽,所述转子屏蔽套与定子屏蔽套之间的间隙通过设置在下石墨轴承上的槽与下轴承座与叶轮背口环之间的腔体,并通过上石墨轴承上的槽与上轴承座的内腔的连通,且所述下轴承座与叶轮背口环之间的腔体通过叶轮平衡孔与叶轮室相连。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有内循环结构的管道屏蔽电泵,其特征在于,所述石 墨轴承上的槽包括设置在石墨轴承上的V型槽、直槽和螺旋槽。
