Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种木工刀具，特别是木工机械上使用的刀具。
背景技术
目前，在木质材料上加工圆角时，由于没有专用刀具，不但加工效率低，圆角的尺寸和形状也很不稳定，不能满足互换性要求，不适应大批量生产的要求。当工件左右两边都需加工圆角时，要分两次加工。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种加工圆角的木工刀具，能一次完成左右两个圆角的加工，生产效率高，加工出的圆角尺寸和形状稳定。
一种加工圆角的木工刀具，包括刀体和刀柄，刀体的周向上均布地开有刀刃，刀刃由两段内凹的圆弧线形刀刃和一段直线形刀刃组成。
所述的两段内凹的圆弧线形刀刃为相向布置。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，既能加工一个圆角，也可一次同时加工左右两个圆角，生产效率高。加工的圆角尺寸和形状稳定，完全能满足大批量生产的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型为一回转体，包括刀柄1和刀体2，刀体2上沿圆体方向上均布地开有刀刃，刀刃由两段内凹的圆弧线形刀刃3和一段直线形刀刃4组成，圆弧线形刀刃3的长度为四分一圆周长，刀刃3和刀刃4为平滑连接，直线形刀刃4位于两段内凹的圆弧线形刀刃3之间，两段内凹的圆弧线形刀刃3相向布置。
图2所示为一种木质软帘门组件，使用本实用新型一次走刀就可加工出图中所示零件下端左右两边的圆角，方便快速，生产效率高。

1.一种加工圆角的木工刀具，包括刀体(2)和刀柄(1)，其特征在于：刀体(2)的周向上均布地开有刀刃，刀刃由两段内凹的圆弧线形刀刃(3)和一段直线形刀刃(4)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工圆角的木工刀具，其特征在于：所述的两段内凹的圆弧线形刀刃(3)为相向布置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加工圆角的木工刀具，其特征在于：所述的圆弧线形刀刃(3)的长度为四分之一圆周长。
