组合式氨法脱硫塔
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种吸收、氧化和浓縮组合式氨法脱硫塔。
背景技术
[0002] 我国燃煤电厂众多,特别是供热、大型石化、化工、冶金等企业建有的中小机组 (100丽机组以下)更是星罗棋布。燃煤产生的S02给大气造成严重污染,为减少S02危害, 国家要求新建燃煤电厂锅炉必须同时建设烟气脱硫装置,在役电厂也要限期治理。 [0003] 目前主导的石灰石-石膏法脱硫工艺,由于脱硫装置投资较大,中小热电厂难于 承受,且运行成本较高,脱硫副产物石膏受品质、产量及成本的限制,用途有限,造成额外的 处理成本。氨法脱硫工艺可大大降低烟气脱硫成本。国内一些小锅炉采用一种简易的氨法 喷淋塔脱硫装置,在塔的上部用氨水直接喷淋,但由于喷淋量少,烟气温度高(〜IO(TC ), 加之氨水极易挥发,使排放的烟气夹带大量的游离氨,脱硫效率极低,很难回收硫铵产品, 造成脱硫剂大量流失,运行成本高,而且还形成了氨的二次污染。国外一些公司所采用的氨 法脱硫装置,为了满足较高的传质、传热要求,脱硫塔的液气比很大,接近石灰石_石膏法 脱硫工艺,使得吸收循环液的流量很大,能耗较大,同时由于液膜夹带严重,脱硫塔的除雾 要求很高,甚至采用了电除雾,加之整个装置防腐要求高,使得氨法脱硫的工程造价比同等 的石灰石_石膏法脱硫工艺还要高〜20%,严重制约了氨法脱硫技术的推广。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型吸收、氧化和浓縮组合式氨法脱硫塔。 [0005] 本实用新型提供的组合式氨法脱硫塔,按逆流式喷淋塔设计,所述脱硫塔的中部 设有烟气进口 ,顶部设有烟气出口 ,脱硫塔的内部自上而下依次设有: [0006] 除雾段,设置在所述烟气出口的下方;
[0007] 吸收段,设置在所述除雾段的下方,所述吸收段依次设有水喷淋洗涤层和循环吸 收喷淋层;
[0008] 降温段,设置在所述吸收段的下方,对应烟气进口的位置;
[0009] 氧化池,设置在脱硫塔的底部,内装循环吸收混合液;该氧化池的内部设有氧化空 气分布排管和泵搅拌装置,氧化池的外侧设有连接氧化空气分布排管的压縮空气入口 、向 脱硫塔中加入氨水的氨水入口 、以及一循环泵,用于将吸收混合液循环输送至吸收段的循 环吸收喷淋层;氧化池的底部还设有硫铵排浆泵,用于将生成的硫铵送入后处理工序。 [0010] 本实用新型的组合式氨法脱硫塔,所述除雾段采用两级波纹板高效除雾器,且配 有自动清洗喷淋装置。
[0011] 本实用新型的组合式氨法脱硫塔,所述吸收段设置的水喷淋洗涤层的数量为一 层,循环吸收喷淋层的数量为三层,保证喷淋吸收覆盖率超过200%。
[0012] 本实用新型的组合式氨法脱硫塔,所述氧化空气分布排管上均匀分布有开孔,以 向氧化池中均匀输送氧化空气。[0013] 本实用新型的组合式氨法脱硫塔实现了脱硫过程所需的六个功能:S02吸收、烟气 除尘、亚硫铵氧化、脱硫净烟气水洗和除水(雾)、硫铵浓縮。脱硫塔的液汽比较石灰-石膏 法烟气脱硫装置降低8〜10倍,大大降低所需吸收循环泵的功率。脱硫塔内利用烟气的热 量浓縮铵盐,大大减少后续处理硫铵的能耗,同时避免在塔内生成硫铵结晶而造成设备堵 塞。通过新型组合式氨法脱硫塔的应用,能高效、节能地完成的烟气脱硫过程,具有较大的 工业化前景。

[0017] 除雾段4,设置在脱硫塔1内烟气出口 2的下方,该除雾段4采用两级波纹板高效 除雾器,且所述除雾器配有自动清洗喷淋装置15 ;
[0018] 吸收段5,设置在所述除雾段4的下方,依次设有一层水喷淋洗涤层16和三层循环
吸收喷淋层17 ;可以根据烟气负荷和所含的S(^量计算确定喷淋层的开启数量,喷淋的循
环吸收液(氨水、铵盐溶液和水)用来吸收烟气中的S02 ;所述水喷淋洗涤层不仅可用于减
少烟气中铵盐的夹带,还可为脱硫塔补水,维持烟气脱硫过程的水平衡,喷淋管采用PP (聚
丙烯)或FRP(玻璃钢)、喷嘴采用耐腐蚀、耐磨损的碳化硅材料制作;
[0019] 降温段6,设置在所述吸收段5的下方,对应烟气进口3的位置,用于降低烟气的温
度;
[0020] 氧化池7,设置在脱硫塔1的底部,内装循环吸收混合液;该氧化池7的内部设有 氧化空气分布排管9和泵搅拌装置8,该氧化空气分布排管9上均匀分布有开孔,以向氧 化池7中均匀输送氧化空气;氧化池7的外侧设有连接氧化空气分布排管的压縮空气入口 11、向脱硫塔中加入氨水的氨水入口 10、以及一循环泵12,用于将吸收混合液循环输送至 吸收段5的喷淋层17 ;氧化池7的底部还设有硫铵排浆泵13,用于将生成的硫铵送入后处 理工序14。
[0021] 本实用新型的组合式氨法脱硫塔的工作原理如下:
[0022] 烟气首先由烟气进口 3进入脱硫塔的降温段6,温度由120〜160°C降至75〜 90°C ,然后进入所述吸收段5,烟气中S02被循环混合吸收液吸收,然后,烟气进入所述除雾 段4除雾,经净化的烟气从烟气出口 2排出脱硫塔1。
[0023] 由压縮空气供应装置罗茨鼓风机或空压机鼓入的压縮空气通过所述氧化空气分 布管9进入氧化池7,氧化空气的压力可提到0. 06〜0. 15Mpa,将吸收段5生成的亚硫铵溶 液氧化成硫铵溶液,借助烟气的热量,硫铵溶液可浓縮到浓度约为35% (重量比),通过所 述硫铵排浆泵13将生成的硫铵溶液送入后处理工序14,加工出硫铵产品。[0024] 为保证浆液混合均匀并充分氧化,通过所述泵搅拌装置8从脱硫塔1抽出浆液,再 通过所述分布管9打入氧化池7,结果表明混合溶液在高浓度硫铵(〜35%)存在下,所含 的亚硫铵的氧化率仍能达到98%以上。

[0040] 烟气中其它污染物的净化率可达到:S03 :30〜50 % ;HCl :90〜100% ;HF :95〜
100% ;N0X :10〜30% 。脱硫塔的液汽比较石灰-石膏法烟气脱硫装置降低8〜10倍,大
大降低所需吸收循环泵的功率。脱硫塔内利用烟气的热量浓縮铵盐,大大减少后续处理硫 铵的能耗,同时避免在塔内生成硫铵结晶而造成设备堵塞。通过新型组合式氨法脱硫塔的 应用,能高效、节能地完成的烟气脱硫过程,具有较大的工业化前景。

- 一种组合式氨法脱硫塔,按逆流式喷淋塔设计,其特征在于,所述脱硫塔的中部设有烟气进口,顶部设有烟气出口,脱硫塔的内部自上而下依次设有:除雾段,设置在所述烟气出口的下方;吸收段,设置在所述除雾段的下方,所述吸收段依次设有水喷淋洗涤层和循环吸收喷淋层;降温段,设置在所述吸收段的下方,对应烟气进口的位置;氧化池,设置在脱硫塔的底部,内装循环吸收混合液;该氧化池的内部设有氧化空气分布排管和泵搅拌装置,氧化池的外侧设有连接氧化空气分布排管的压缩空气入口、向脱硫塔中加入氨水的氨水入口、以及一循环泵,用于将吸收混合液循环输送至吸收段的循环吸收喷淋层;氧化池的底部还设有硫铵排浆泵,用于将生成的硫铵送入后处理工序。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合式氨法脱硫塔,其特征在于,所述除雾段采用两级波纹 板高效除雾器,且所述除雾器配有自动清洗喷淋装置。
