本实用新型公开了一种聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置中传动轴的安装结构,包括:机筒,在机筒中设置有一对锥形螺杆,其中一根锥形螺杆与主传动轴相连接,另一根锥形螺杆与从传动轴相连接,主传动轴与从传动轴通过一对锥形齿轮相互啮合传动;并且对于最大螺棱外径为132毫米、最小螺棱外径为65毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴与从传动轴之间的夹角α为2度11分19秒至2度20分0秒之间;对于最大螺棱外径为188毫米、最小螺棱外径为92毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴与从传动轴之间的夹角α为1度52分39秒至1度63分0秒之间。其优点是:装有上述传动轴安装结构的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置可以提高聚烯烃材料的混炼和塑化效果。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于锥形双螺杆挤出机领域,尤其涉及一种全新的能专业加工聚烯烃材料的锥形双螺杆挤出装置中传动轴的安装结构。
背景技术
传统的锥形双螺杆挤出装置包括:机筒,在机筒中设置有一对锥形螺杆,在每根锥形螺杆上都设置有进料段、分流段、压缩段、扼流段、排气段、塑化均化段共六段螺棱,在机筒上设置有进料口和排气口,并且进料口的位置对应着锥形螺杆上的进料段,排气口的位置正对着锥形螺杆上的排气段,在锥形螺杆的一端分别连接有各自的传动轴。通常根据螺杆上最大螺棱和最小螺棱外径尺寸的大小来区分锥形双螺杆挤出机,如最大螺棱外径为132毫米、最小螺棱外径为65毫米的称为65/132机,最大螺棱外径为188毫米、最小螺棱外径为92毫米的称为92/188机。上述结构的锥形双螺杆挤出装置只能对热敏性塑料——如聚氯乙烯(简称PVC)材料进行很好地塑化和混炼,因此被用来专业加工热敏性塑料。但是不能对聚烯烃材料进行很好地塑化和混炼,不能用来加工聚烯烃材料。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以提高聚烯烃材料的混炼和塑化效果的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置中传动轴的安装结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置中传动轴的安装结构,包括:机筒,在机筒中设置有一对锥形螺杆,所述的其中一根锥形螺杆通过主连轴器与分配箱中的主传动轴相连接,另一根锥形螺杆通过连轴器与分配箱中的从传动轴相连接,主传动轴与从传动轴通过一对锥形齿轮相互啮合传动;并且对于最大螺棱外径为132毫米、最小螺棱外径为65毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴与从传动轴之间的夹角α为2度11分19秒至2度20分0秒之间;对于最大螺棱外径为188毫米、最小螺棱外径为92毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴与从传动轴之间的夹角α为1度52分39秒至1度63分0秒之间。
本实用新型的优点是:装有上述传动轴安装结构的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置可以提高聚烯烃材料的混炼和塑化效果,能用来专业加工聚烯烃材料,产量高,耗能小。

如图1所示,聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置中传动轴的安装结构,包括:机筒1,在机筒1中设置有一对锥形螺杆,所述的其中一根锥形螺杆2通过主连轴器3与分配箱4中的主传动轴41相连接,另一根锥形螺杆5通过连轴器6与分配箱4中的从传动轴42相连接,主传动轴41与从传动轴42通过一对锥形齿轮7相互啮合传动;并且对于最大螺棱外径为132毫米、最小螺棱外径为65毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴41与从传动轴42之间的夹角α为2度11分19秒至2度20分0秒之间;对于最大螺棱外径为188毫米、最小螺棱外径为92毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴41与从传动轴42之间的夹角α为1度52分39秒至1度63分0秒之间。
如图1所示,装有上述传动轴安装结构的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置使用时,由电动机带动主传动轴41转动和其中一根锥形螺杆2转动,主传动轴41通过一对锥形齿轮7带动从传动轴42和另一根锥形螺杆5转动,对聚烯烃材料进行加工。上述结构的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置可以提高聚烯烃材料的混炼和塑化效果,能用来专业加工聚烯烃材料,产量高,耗能小。

1.聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出装置中传动轴的安装结构,包括:机筒(1),在机筒(1)中设置有一对锥形螺杆,其特征在于:所述的其中一根锥形螺杆(2)通过主连轴器(3)与分配箱(4)中的主传动轴(41)相连接,另一根锥形螺杆(5)通过连轴器(6)与分配箱(4)中的从传动轴(42)相连接,主传动轴(41)与从传动轴(42)通过一对锥形齿轮(7)相互啮合传动;并且对于最大螺棱外径为132毫米、最小螺棱外径为65毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴(41)与从传动轴(42)之间的夹角α为2度11分19秒至2度20分0秒之间;对于最大螺棱外径为188毫米、最小螺棱外径为92毫米的锥形双螺杆来说,主传动轴(41)与从传动轴(42)之间的夹角α为1度52分39秒至1度63分0秒之间。
