一种防滑菜板，包括菜板本体1，菜板本体1上下表面周圈设有凹槽，凹槽内嵌有与菜板本体1表面平齐的防滑面板2。
在菜板本体1上下表面靠近边缘周圈位置，设有凹槽。凹槽宽度与防滑面板2相同，防滑面板2的厚度和凹槽深度相同，两者紧密配合。防滑面板2表面滚压成花，一道道凹痕交错，形成凹凸不平的粗糙表面。由于粗糙，阻力增大，切好的菜就会受到阻力而停下来，不会滑到地上。菜板本体1的底面和放置菜板的台面之间也不会打滑。本实用新型结构简单，方便实用。
